In Nepal and India, series of incidents related to rape, sexual voilence, sexual harrassment, sexual abuses, etc are happening against women and girls. In relation to this, retried CEO in Nepal Telecom and Executive Chairman in Nepal Airlines Corporation, Mr Sugar Kansakar posted on his facebook writing, "Voilence against women is hot topic in Nepal & India at present. Many politicians here in Nepal spoke about need for stringent law to minimize these shameful crimes. Again it leads to politics. The last 601 membered parliament had highest number of lady MPs in country's history. It is a pity that they were busy with politics like rest of the MPs, and have no time for "trivial" issues like social reforms! Now, they are in street protests!!"
