Why I'm not interested in Religion ?

I am not that much interested in religious matter though  it is the part of human conditioning, its problem as well as solution. I said I'm not interested in the sense to promote it. I'm interested to learn and explore about the knowledge but not to promote it like what missionaries, Indian sages and Nepalese and Indian politicians are doing in Nepal and India to keep everyone in dark and not letting people to think logically so that they can fool, bull and rule over their mind.

However, If Nepalese or else are encourage to follow religion in encouraging them while preaching saying,

"“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”
- Buddha"

Then I would appreciate it.

Though it is not the original statement of Buddha. It is the paraphrase version to make it simple simple to understand. The original version as per the Kalama Sutta was

“Now, Kalamas, don’t go by reports, by legends, by traditions, by scripture, by logical conjecture, by inference, by analogies, by agreement through pondering views, by probability, or by the thought, ‘This contemplative is our teacher.’ When you know for yourselves that, ‘These qualities are skillful; these qualities are blameless; these qualities are praised by the wise; these qualities, when adopted & carried out, lead to welfare & to happiness’ — then you should enter & remain in them.”

Why I talk and share about Religion ?

I am forced and daring to talk about an organised religion because I realized that it is the main cause of caste and gender based discrimination in our part of the world including across the globe. This understanding and realization came into my 4.1 kg brain following my 2.5 years of study and exploration in relations to the root cause of gender based discrimination in our society and across the globe.

Sadly, across the world still majority (around 80-90%) of people have wrong understanding about the term "Gender".

We've to learn to understand that the term "Gender" is NOT SEX and "SEX" is NOT the "Gender"!! However, still scholars, journalists and people have been using it wrongly because of their ignorance.

In fact, Sex is biological construction of being Male or Female which we can't change because that we brought while we were born.

However, GENDER is socially constructed roles and responsibilities based on biological sex.

Gender is Danger that is making both men and women irrational, illogical and blind. Therefore, usually men think women are buddu (stupid, idiot, not intelligent) and women think men are Buddhu but in fact both are buddhu and both are gyani (intelligent).

In fact, I'm not saying anyone to STOP follow your religion or faith. What I'm trying to say is follow it with REASON rather than EMOTION for the sake of humanity and prosperity of yourself and else as well. Don't be Blind Faith Followers!! The Law of nature is based on cause and effect relationship that is called Karma (Law of Karma) so believe in your Karma rather than organised Dharma promoted by state/ missionary / priests and else to make you blind in your mind!!

Intelligence: What factors determine it?

If we are not clear in our mind we can't attain or achieve any goal and dream that we've set in our mind. Therefore, our mind has to be clear and clean without any irrational and superstitious belief that have been embedded in our deeper subconscious mind.

If anyone can't think rationally or logically what is good and bad as per the global context and humanity then we have to think about our level of intelligence whether or not it is an average!!

"Intelligence is the aggregate, or global capacity to act purposefully, think rationally, and deal effectively with the environment.

It is global because it characterizes the individual's behavior as a whole; it is an aggregate because it is composed of elements or abilities which, though not entirely independent, are qualitatively differentiable." [1]
- David Wechsler (1896-1991), an American psychologist and inventor of well-known intelligence scales, such as the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale and the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children

Evidence has proven that our intelligence (reasoning, thinking, questioning, analysing, etc) determines both genetically (DNA) and environmentally (culture, schooling, food, locality, etc).

Psychologists recognize that both genetics and the environment play a role in determining intelligence. It now becomes matter of determining exactly how much of an influence each factor has [2].

First, it is important to note that genetics and the environment interact to determine exactly how inherited genes are expressed. For example, if a person has tall parents, it is likely that the individual will also grow to be tall. However, the exact height the person reaches can be influenced by environmental factors such as nutrition and disease.

Human or Inhuman demon: Nepalese priests sucking fresh blood of goat!!!

"The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way in which its animals are treated.
I hold that the more helpless a creature, the more entitled it is to protection by man from the cruelty of man.
I feel that spiritual progress does demand at some stage that we should cease to kill our fellow creatures for the satisfaction of our bodily wants.
I do not regard flesh-food as necessary for us at any stage and under any clime in which it is possible for human beings ordinarily to live. I hold flesh-food to be unsuited to our species."
- Gandhi
Even being a Nepali myself I'm foreigner to our own cultures, traditions and rituals that we have in Nepal. It is shocking to know in the name of "Ancestors worshipping festivals" in Nepal priests suck fresh blood of "He" goat.
One Nepali lady said about this picture:
" Nepali men drink blood the concern is that I think we need to respect every culture and their norms. It is our traditional ritual (Khaptari Basnet Kul Puja) which happened once in three years. Although this picture is not about our puja but I think you are trying to refer similar culture in Nepal. We do this when we worship our god and especially to make our god happy (Although I am not a religious person). And my question is that is it ETHICAL to share a picture of an Animal right club and compare with "Nepali Men"? Is it Ethical ? Moreover, we consume lots of Meat and Fish at our home for our "lovely" lunch and dinner but we take this as for granted (Since we are non-veg). And we even don't think of it when it comes to us but are always forward to point out others. Also we believe that drinking raw blood (after few processing) will help us to be healthy."

Naresh Bk RN (saint Manu made lower caste) said:
Most of the hinduism animal worship called Diwali..pujari drinks all the blood of goat....specially it's happened inside of home...lot of system in hinduism...this system is in braman hand..if thy don't like they can change the rules...now most of braman started to not eat his son and daughter cooking. like baism... "

Ancestor worshipping ceremony ritual at Mr. Dud Pokharel's house in Kathmandu (published picture in the National Kantipur Daily)
I just wonder is this practice also done by Indian Brahmin or just Nepalese Brahmin because Hinduism is the same both in India and Nepal. However, Indian and Nepalese way of practising and observing Hinduism feast, festivals, rituals, customs and cultures are very different.

Let's not repeat the mistake: Time is more powerful than you

As per the Law of Karma that is based on time and mind (thoughts) it  "reaps what we sow". It is just the matter of TIME!

Therefore, because of our own ignorance, prejudice, arrogance, ego and pride let's not make Nepal like India (Brahmins in India have become a minority, the video can be accessed from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7Xgc4ljHKM) what is happening to the certain caste group because of the sage manu's law strongly practice and follow to degrade certain caste group written by sage manu himself to benefit his own future generations without thinking about the Law of KARMA.

"When a bird is alive, it eats ants. When the birth is dead, ants eat the bird. One tree makes a million match sticks. Only one match stick needed to burn a million trees. Time and Circumstance can change at any moment. Do not devalue or hurt anyone in life. You many be powerful this time, but remember: Time is more powerful than you. So be good and do good."
- Buddha

"A man is born alone and dies alone; and he experiences the good and bad consequences of his karma alone; and he goes alone to hell or the Supreme abode."
- Chanakya

“Man is himself the field, his deeds are the seeds, and what he does to others grows apace; the harvest time is sure. Behold the yield! If he has sown the wind, he reaps the wind; if he has sown the noxious seeds of scandal, theft and hate; of sensuality and crime, the harvest time is assured and he must reap what he has sown; yea, more; the seeds produce an hundred fold. The fruit of righteousness and peace and love and joy never spring from noxious seeds; the fruit is like the seed.’’
- AG 100:8-11, Jesus

If you sow corn you will get corn, the good and bad depends on the seed you sow. ‘‘What-ever affliction may visit you is for what your own hands earned. Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, and who has done an atom’s weight of good shall see it, and who has done an atom’s weight of evil shall see it.’’
- The Koran 99:5-6

“There is a universal law of cause and effect. For every event that occurs, there will follow another event whose existence was caused by the first, and this second event will be pleasant or unpleasant according to the exact nature of the first event.”
- Buddha

True patriotism hates injustice!!!

It has proven that "True patriotism hates injustice in its own land more than anywhere else." as said by Clarence Darrow 91857-1938), an American lawyer and leading member of the American Civil Liberties Union

Liu Xiaobo (aged 57),  a Chinese literary critic, writer, professor, political commentator  and human rights activist who called for political reforms and the end of communist single-party rule said that

"Hatred is corrosive of a person's wisdom and conscience; the mentality of enmity can poison a nation's spirit, instigate brutal life and death struggles, destroy a society's tolerance and humanity, and block a nation's progress to freedom and democracy."

He fought for his people to provide liberty and establish democracy. He was awarded Nobel Peace Prize in 2010.

He is currently incarcerated as a political prisoner in Jinzhou, Liaoning.

During his fourth prison term, he was awarded the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize for "his long and non-violent struggle for fundamental human rights in China."

He is the first Chinese citizen to be awarded a Nobel Prize of any kind while residing in China. Liu is the third person to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize while in prison or detention, after Germany's Carl von Ossietzky (1935) and Burma's Aung San Suu Kyi (1991).

Understanding of the true meaning of tolerance!

"Hindu religion is the world's most liberal and tolerant religion. Despite being a Hindu country, Nepal is the most liberal and tolerant non-secular country in the world. The philosophy of Hinduism is guided as- "to refrain from all evils, to do what is good and to purify the mind". High thinking & Simple living is the way of Hindus. In Sanskrit, Hindu means 'Hi'= Sun, 'Indu'= moon. Nepalese national flag is also decorated by Sun and Moon. The triangular flag with the Sun and Moon is based on the principles of Hinduism. The national flag of Nepal has its own identity and recognition in the world. The Nepalese flag is very inclusive and represents to all the castes and tribes insisting the nature. The flag of Nepal is the symbol of unity in diversity."
- Dirgha Raj Prasai, a Nepali writer and Monarchy revival activist

I just wonder WHY some learned brothers from Nepal and India make me feel shame uttering and self proclaiming that "Hinduism is the most tolerant religion in the world." Didn't they realise what their belief system had done to some human being making them slave in their mind (psychologically) as well physically imposing through legal system of the nations to degrade, humilate and abuse some group members of their own nations.

Please either they might have no idea of the true meaning of "toleance" what it means OR

they are very much ignorant, arrogant, egostic, proudness and dogmatic hypocrites unnecessarily glorifying about their faith.

Everyone thinks that "My Way Is Highway and Others are Shit." and such thinking is creating the problem in the world including our part of the world.

Here are the real meaning of WHAT TOLERANCE actually means by some great mind of this world.

"What is tolerance?

It is the consequence of humanity. We are all formed of frailty and error; let us pardon reciprocally each other's folly - that is the first law of nature."
- Voltaire (1694-1778), a French Enlightenment writer, historian and philosopher

"Tolerance is giving to every other human being every right that you claim for yourself."
- Robert Ingersoll (1833-1899), an American political leader, and orator

"Tolerance implies no lack of commitment to one's own beliefs. Rather it condemns the oppression or persecution of others."
- John F. Kennedy

"Tolerance is the virtue of the man without convictions."
- Gilbert K. Chesterton (1874-1936), a Journalist, Novelist, Essayist

Dear Nepalese brothers and sisters,

If you are really by heart, head (mind), hands and spirit after societal reformation and transformation then please let's unite to reform the corrupt minded thoughts that promoted caste and gender based discrimination in our society.

In this 21st century illogical without any evidence imaginary ideas are NOT acceptable in any cost for the sake of humanity and prosperity of everyone.

Nepal and India problem: Low Level of Human Consciousness

Low level of human consciousness people talk about religion, culture, tradition and nationality and fight for it to preserve and sustain. I feel sorry to such people who even being a learned and educated have lower level of human consciouness.

Though Nepalese and Indian are very much religious and talks about spirituality but I strongly realized problem of Nepal  and India is low level of Human Consciousness and almost 80-90% people are in the Dark Age Stage (Ignorance) of Human Consciousness.

Our consciousness is relating to our spirituality how much we are consciousness in talking and doing things that can be assessed how much ignorant or aware we are about self and else and based on that we use wordings, make discussion and argue with people as per the knowledge that we've.

The spiritual progression is back to full and free Spirituality long journey from maximum unconsciousness to cosmic consciousness. In broader sense it has categorised in two stages:

 1. Dark Age/Stage (Spiritual Darkness-Ignorance)

2. The Enlightenment Stage

Including both stages there are total 10 stages of human consciousness journey that we can achieve!

These stages are characterized by what consumes the Time and Energy (TE) of the person. TE includes attention and all THINK→DO→HAVE of the person: time, and interests, goals, desires, thoughts, planning, resources, money and resources, and efforts. The stages are, therefore, a progression of values and motivations in life.

The Dark Ages (Spiritual Darkness-Ignorance):

In the Dark Ages or Stages, the human being lives in spiritual darkness (i.e. ignorance). He does not know what he is, where he is, where he came from, how he got here, the purpose of life, or how life works. His life revolves around the body and controlling matter with great desire, effort and struggle. He does not perceive himself as a spirit, and may believe that he has evolved from matter itself. His perceives others as competitors for the scarce and hard to get goods of the material plane. His accounts with higher reality are usually satisfied by the authoritative, dogmatic beliefs systems called religions, which often forbid questioning and seeking any truth outside of themselves. The Dark Ages are characterized by the External Quest and search for pleasure (MoPs) and the avoidance of pain, efforts which are never more than momentarily successful.

1. Survival
In this first stage, the person is totally occupied in just staying alive. Life is a struggle to satisfy the basic needs of the body. This level has a hierarchy of needs: air, water, food, clothing, shelter. As each need is satisfied for the moment, the person's attention and effort will move to the next. The person has little TE left over from the struggle to stay alive to do much else. The dominant energy is frustration, desperation, fear, and sorrow. Perhaps 50% of the world's population is in this stage in the year 2007.

2. Security
In the second stage, the person has immediate Survival (the first stage) handled, and can put some TE to assuring survival into the future. His consciousness will now focus on securing that he (and then hir loved ones) can eat and have a place to live tomorrow and the next day and the next month. Many people experience this level as anxiety and fear about job security and paying the bills. People hoard money and material things trying to assure their future security. The dominant energy is anxiety and fear.

3. Sensation, Pleasure
In the third stage, the person feels that s/he has survival and security under control for the moment. He will then turn hir TE to gratifying the physical senses, to seeking pleasure. In this level, life is about "having fun." The person seeks to wine and dine, and fete the senses with finer clothes, jewelry, perfumes, luxury items, music, parties, travel, vacations, sex, drugs, etc. anything that provides sensual stimulation. The person equates happiness with physical well-being and sensual pleasure.

4. Dominion or Egoic Power
As the spirit grows, and sensation needs are satisfied but the person is not, he must seek bigger games in hir compulsive efforts to fulfill the Imperative to happiness. In the Dominion stage, the person moves into wanting power and mass. S/He wants to control people, places, things, events, and energy; and to accumulate material things or money. This part of the External Quest is the search for fame and fortune: recognition, prestige, fame, social position, money, and economic, political, business, or military power. It can take the form of striving to move as high as possible in a hierarchy, be it a corporation, the government, the military, or a church. However, it is egoic power: power used for the benefit and glory of self; as opposed to love power, where everything is administered for the good of all.

5. Dark Night of the Soul

As the person grows through the Dominion state, there will come a time when its targets and values no longer satisfy the spirit. Life begins to be experienced as empty and meaningless. The person looks up from hir beguilement with Matter and asks the Philosopher's Questions: Where am I? What am I? Who am I? What am I doing here? Where is here? How did I get here? Where am I going? What is the purpose of my life? What is the purpose of it all? There has got to be something more!

Complete transition into the depths of the Dark Night can take years, but eventually the BEing is in the experience of the dryness and emptiness of life most of the time. It is usually an extremely painful era, filled with frustration, desperation and depression. The painful urgency for solution sends the BEing into the next stage: The Search, which is the beginning of the Enlightenment Stages.

The Enlightenment Stages

Enlightenment is just that: the coming, the Dawn of the Light, of the Gnosis, of true knowledge of the nature of existence. It is the transformation of a person from the realities, values, and behaviors of the lower stages, of the External Quest, to those of the higher stages, the Internal Quest. It is an awakening of the spirit to itself. Spiritual values and efforts; study and personal growth; love and service to others, and Illumination, the re-Birth of the Spirit, begin to take the upper hand in the person's TE.

The Stages of Enlightenment
6.  Search
The pain of Dark Night of hir soul impels the BEing to begin a Search for Light, for relief from the suffering, for answers to the Philosopher's Questions, for real Knowledge. The person's religious beliefs are seen to be inadequate as answers to the Philosopher's Questions and to hold no real Light. The person begins to seek for Knowledge: to investigate other religions, but above all to seek outside of traditional religions: to read books, to attend courses, to investigate spiritual systems. The person must accumulate a mental mass of spiritual ideas and concepts.

7. The First Awakening
First Light, the Dawn, the real-ization of the Possibility that life is fundamentally spiritual In hir Search, eventually the person accumulates sufficient, true spiritual information that the possibility that life really is spiritual arises for the person. (This awakening must not be confused with religious beliefs or fervor. Religion is mental and consists of others's realities about God; not one's own experience and conclusions.) The person begins to see that hir suffering in the Dark Night is a spiritual problem. The Dark Night is still very much present, and the person is still in great confusion about the nature of spirituality. The Search for ever more Light, now whetted by the success of the First Awakening, continues and leads to:

8. The Second Awakening
Sunrise, Reality. The person continues to read, study, and attend schools; and the quantity and quality of true spiritual knowledge, the Light, increases, and the Darkness of the soul decreases. Eventually, the Light as the total mass of reality and conviction of spirit, passes the 50% mark: it is now more real for the BEing that life is spiritual than is real the ignorance and confusion of the Dark Ages. This point, when the Light is 51% or more, when consciousness of spirit takes the upper hand in the person's awareness and values, is the Second Awakening. However, especially at the beginning, it is only 51% most of the time, and the person will still have periods of great confusion and attacks of the doubts and despair of the Dark Night.

9. Commitment (Warrior)
Eventually, the Light of Truth that the person has been nurturing within becomes so strong that s/he can no longer ignore its brilliance and its call. S/He now begins to obey the injunction of Christ: Seek FIRST the Kingdom of Heaven. Previous to this stage, no matter how much attention the person had on hir spirituality, it was still not first in hir priorities. S/He would still "lay up" hir "treasure" (TE) more towards worldly things that spiritual ones. Previous to Commitment, the person puts worldly considerations of family, work, pleasure, fame or fortune ahead of hir spirituality. The Commitment stage begins when s/he reverses hir priorities. Now, hir spirituality is more important to hir than hir worldly affairs. S/He intensifies disciplines like meditation.

This stage is also called Warrior (of the First Level), as the person now enters into full "battle" with hir lower self to eliminate all negative states and to discreate the Essence Suppressor Mass. Where the normal human being flees or attacks negative things, the Warrior welcomes everything, no matter how painful, that helps hir grow spiritually. As it is said in mysticism: "There is he who has conquered a thousand armies. There is he who has conquered himself. Far greater is the latter."

10. ILLUMINATION
The journey from Darkness to EnLIGHTenment finally terminates in Illumination, the totality of the LIGHT.

This state has been called many things throughout mystical history: The Third Awakening; the Return, Re-Integration to the ONE, Cosmic Consciousness, Nirvana, Samadhi, the Beyond, the Kingdom of Heaven, Self-Realization, God-Realization, the Birth of the Spirit, to name just a few. It is the recovery of your true identity: the Infinite One God Being. The state of Illumination is far beyond any capacity of the human being to understand and nothing we say about it can really convey what it is. You slips the surly bounds of Matter (of the Essence Suppressor Mass) and re-integrates hir spirit to the ONE. You are now experientially ONE with ALL THAT IS and literally God. You have total, instant power over the physical universe.

This is the state of Buddha, Christ, and Lao Tse. Only about 235 human beings have ever attained it since the beginning of Humanity. This state seems to have two levels. In the first level, individuality remains. The BEing may remain an individual (the 6th State in the Seven States of Consciousness*), and do so for all eternity; or return completely to BEing the ONE, as s/he pleases, Level #7 in the Seven States of Consciousness, by dropping all individuality. However, because of the Laws of Polarity, this last stage will eventually require another descension into limited individuality.

ILLUMINATION is the culmination of life on earth. However, it is but the beginning of true spiritual existence, as it is the re-entry point of a fully Self-Realized and free spirit back into the cosmos of all creation that consists of innumerable universes.

Two paths of knowledge: Reasoning or Obeying!!!

It depends where do we want to go up or down depending upon that we can choose our path of knowledge either scientific or mythological.

A choice is always in our head, heart and hands.

No wonder why we, developing nations mindset are mostly rudimentary compared to developed nation mindset since most of the world scientific innovations and discoveries are done by the western world.

As per your own mind (curious or dull, inquisitive or not) and interest whether or not you like to question choose your path of knowledge thoughtfully and accordingly.
If you don't like questioning or hate questioning or just want to obey the rules and regulation formulated by clever mind then choose Religion.

If you love exploring and want to find out depth of knowledge and reason behind each and every creation either nature or man than choose science.

However, there is no need to be extremist either or taking one side.

If we are thoughtful and wise enough then we can learn to balance between two knowledge creation since nothing is 100% in this universe.

Everything is yin and yang, 50/50, shiva and shakti, masculine and feminine, sun and moon, dark and light, hot and cold, and so forth as per the mother nature creation.

Even scientific knowledge is always evolving as per the time and mind demand of inquisitive thoughts and even some scientific findings are intellectually corrupt as well.

We've to learn to understand that

"Science can purify religion from error and superstition. Religion can purify science from idolatry and false absolutes."
 - Pope John Paul II

"Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind."
 - Albert Einstein

“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it.
 - Buddha

I was always skeptic towards gods because when I was a young I didn't know to which god to ask for help when I was in difficult situation and need some support.

Such confusion, doubt and skepticism came into my mind because when I was a child around 10 years I knew that there is a Allah for muslim, 33 koti (type) gods for Hindu, Buddha to Buddhist, Jesus for Christian and no god for Chinese.

Then I always thought that if there is just one sun, one moon, and one universe then HOW come and WHY there are so many gods who created this world/ the planet including sun and moon.

Similarly, people used to say these my children are god gifted and I was always bit skeptic thinking that how come god gifted. If god would have given children then why unmarried/never married man and woman don't give birth to a child and only after marriage they give a birth.

Likewise, my friends used to fast to get good husband but didn't see finding good husband by them as they prayed and worshipped for.

Moreover, I didn't see god helping man-made poor people!

These questions and my observations contradicted between god and reality always that have strike in my mind. That's why I didn't believe in any man-made God blindly without getting any satisfactory answers.

In my understaning, learning, understanding, reasoning and following the Middle path are the best approach in life if we truly want humanity, peace, social justice and prosperity of everyone.

Extremist of holding one ideological thoughts and beliefs either religious, scientific, philosophical, political, economical or else thinking that "My Way Is Highway and Others are shit" are the real problem creators in this world.

Human beings are science: WHY believe in Myths ?

Human body is made up of chemical substances.

Therefore, human beings are scientific creature.

But funny to know that majority of god soldiers and godmen don't realise this and hate scientific knowledge and strongly believe on mythological knowledge without any evidences and become emotional whenever someone raise issues about it with reasons based upon scientific evidences and hurt themselves with their own Ignorance.

Who cares such people who want to hurt themselves because of their regressive, stationary closed and programmed mind!!

Anyway,  isn't it fascinating to know that on our planet we can find calcium every where and hence nature has utilized this in our bone. Similarly we can find the 75% of water in every tissue and blood this also can be explained on the basis of presence of ample amount of water.

About 25% of bone tissue is water, another 25% is made up of protein fibers like collagen. The other 50% of bone tissue is a mixture of mineral salts, primarily calcium and phosphorous.

The average adult’s weight is made up of about 2% calcium. Most of this is found in the skeleton and teeth – the rest is stored in the tissues or blood. Calcium is vital for healthy teeth and bones. It also plays a crucial role in other systems of the body, such as the health and functioning of nerves and muscle tissue.

Calcium is essential for strong bones and teeth. Calcium deficiency can lead to disorders like osteoporosis (brittle bones). Good sources of calcium include dairy foods and calcium fortified products such as soymilk and breakfast cereals. Calcium is especially important for young children, teenagers and older women.

Good sources of calcium include dairy foods such as Milk and milk products, Leafy green vegetables,  Soya and Tofu, and Nuts and seeds.

People at different life stages need different amounts of calcium – young children, teenagers, pregnant women and older women all have greater than average requirements.

According to the Australian Nutrition Survey, about 90% of women and 70% of children do not achieve the recommended dietary intake (RDI) for calcium. It is much better to get calcium from foods than from calcium supplements. Be guided by your doctor about whether you need additional supplements. Too much calcium (2,000mg or more) from supplements may cause other health problems.

The role of calcium:

Calcium plays a role in:
Strengthening bones and teeth
Regulating muscle functioning, such as contraction and relaxation
Regulating heart functioning
Blood clotting
Transmission of nervous system messages
Enzyme function.

Learn to be an Insider rather than Outsider!!

As it has proven scientifically and spiritually that everything in this universe is interconnected and interdependent since the universe is made up of energy and molecules of atom and we, human beings are also made up of star dust that comprise of

- Electron (Negative energy charge)

- Proton (Positive Energy Charge) and

- Neutron (Neutral Energy)

“Recognize that the very molecules that make up your body, the atoms that construct the molecules, are traceable to the crucibles that were once the centers of high mass stars that exploded their chemically rich guts into the galaxy, enriching pristine gas clouds with the chemistry of life. So that we are all connected to each other biologically, to the earth chemically and to the rest of the universe atomically. That’s kinda cool! That makes me smile and I actually feel quite large at the end of that. It’s not that we are better than the universe, we are part of the universe. We are in the universe and the universe is in us.”
― Neil deGrasse Tyson, an American astrophysicist and science communicator

Therefore, knowing this fact each of us has responsibility to learn to understand that which types of charging role that we have been playing/creating in our lives and society for the sake of humanity and prosperity of everyone to promote.
And based upon that we can understand whether we are playing insider "Nucleus/Central Role" (Proton and Neutron) for our society and lives to unite, grow and develop or playing outsider "Electron" role to divide our society and lives.
As far as I understand that the world renowned and great philosophers, sages, scientists, inventors like Buddha, Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, Sigmund Freud, Confucious, Tao Tzu, Stephen Hawkings, and so forth had played nucleus or central roles in their life time. Therefore, everyone remember them for the good cause that they had done in their life time.

“The problem, often not discovered until late in life, is that when you look for things in life like love, meaning, motivation, it implies they are sitting behind a tree or under a rock. The most successful people in life recognize, that in life they create their own love, they manufacture their own meaning, they generate their own motivation. For me, I am driven by two main philosophies, know more today about the world than I knew yesterday. And lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you.

State of Confused Mind Reaction: Must Learn to Help Oneself!!

State of Confused Mind Reaction towards my posting: Must learn to awake and Help oneself to come out of our ignorance!!

Ncsc Puja Samiti:
Hey, I didn't like this comment. you severely lack information about hindu's.
------------------------------
The comment:
Laxmi Tamang (20 May 2013): Krishna Bhattarai:
"हिन्दु धर्म बिश्वको सबै भन्दा खराब धर्म हो जहा एउटै बाबुको छोराहरु बिच पनि पानी बाराबार हुन्छ"""""

Laxmi Tamang:
Good to know Christian brother view towards Hinduism. Despite born in a Hindu family why do you think Hinduism is 100% bad religion. No any religion is bad but those Godmen and God Soldiers and custodian of religion made it bad due to their polluted and corrupted mind as they didn't follow original Santan Dharma which was based upon the law of nature.
Hindu dharma adulterated by corrupt intellectual ancient Godmen, God Soldiers and the custodian of religion since it was born from Brahmanism Religion and the name "Hindu" was given by the invaders in India.
As far as I knew Sanatan Dharma was Dravadian of Indus valley indigenous people Dharma created as per the law of nature and later different sages documents their thoughts and started to called Veda (knowledge) that's why Vedic religion started in India/Indus valley (present day Pakistan) and Vedic religion had been corrupted by some ancient Indian Brahmins. Thus during Buddha time they used to called Brahamiism Religion and later Brahmanism religion name changed to Hinduism, the name given by invaders.
I think Krishna Bhattarai bro might be talking about Caste system where Sudra being a Hindu has been discriminated by Brahmins and Chhetri. But realized that No one is perfect and everything is Yin and Yang (50/50) in this world as per the law of universe and the law of nature. I came to know that Hindu religion is an adulterated religion since it was born from Brahmanism religion and Brahmanism religion was born from Vedic religion and vedic religion was born from Sanatan Dharma. Therefore, in the course of development from 3000-5000 years it has been completely adulterated due to corrupt intellectual custodian of the religion. There might be only 25% purity of orginal Sanatan Dharma that was based upon the law of nature in the present day so-called Hindu religion.
"Brahmanism is not the oldest of Indian religions but it represents an important starting place for the understanding of Indian philosophy and religion. Hinduism grows out of Brahmanism, and accepts most of the basics of Brahmanism, while Buddhism and Jainism are reactionary—they adopt some of the ideas of Brahmanism, yet they reject much of it, and so in a way they too are an outgrowth of Brahmanism." http://www.gossamerstrands.com/Asia105/lecture1.htm

07:56
Laxmi Tamang: Everything stolen from India and claim as Nepali sick robbery mind person. Jatibaadi aakha. Polluted mind and corrupt thoughts

07:57
Ncsc Puja Samiti: I believe in one jaat that is manavjaati

07:57
Laxmi Tamang: Laj pache ko manche India sages creation lai mero bhane

07:57
Ncsc Puja Samiti: I find you very prejudice .

07:58
Laxmi Tamang: Manavjaati ma believe garne bhaye kina Tamang bhaneko ta.  Truth sounds prejudice since you are a God Soldier.

07:58

08:05
Ncsc Puja Samiti: I just request you to open your mind sister. May god bless you!!

08:20
Laxmi Tamang: I really feel sorry for those ignorance brothers and sisters especially from Nepal and India who are in the confused state of mind thinking that spirituality and religion are the same. I have came across with such confused mind very often and no one can help them except themselves.

They must understand that ignorance is a virus such as HIV, Cancer, Hepatitis B, Bird Flue, and so forth. Therefore, if we don't try to prevent and treat timely it will spread across the globe rapidly.

"Ignorance is a virus. Once it starts spreading, it can only be cured by reason. For the sake of humanity, we must be that cure."
- Neil deGrasse Tyson, an American astrophysicist and science communicator

Please help yourself with knowledge and wisdom keeping your mind and making free from dogmatic thoughts and views that has been instilled by our society in the course of socialisation.

08:26
Laxmi Tamang: Dear sister, you are in the state of confusion between spirituality and religion it is because there is a little bit similarity but try to move towards spirituality rather than remain in the state of confusion so that you don't have to report me back what I have talk about religion with reason.
Try to understand this as well difference between spirituality and religion.

Try to understand that this as well. Thank you!!

08:45
Ncsc Puja Samiti: May you find peace doing all this. I practice highest form of spirituality _ compassion, ahimsa saying mere words don't make you spiritual sister. You have to implement it .

08:50
Laxmi Tamang: Nepalese are in the state of Confusion!!

I realized that many God Devotees are in the state of confusion in their mind regarding being a religious and spiritual. They think that Religion and Spirituality are the same. Although there is some link but being a religious and a spiritual are two different entities.

We've to learn to understand that Ignorance is a Virus and Little Knowledge is Danger that put self in Endanger. Therefore, to wipe out such ignorance we've to learn and search of knowledge opening our mind without any prejudice in our subconscious mind.

As Swami Brahmananda said "There is no true religion or spirituality without kindness and love."  we've to help ourselves to understand the difference between religion and spirituality.

Essentially, religion is designed to be our spiritual source of comfort and advice, a structure to provide moral guidelines, a caring community and help for those in need. And in many ways it is.

But religion is also the cause of violence, wars, discrimination, bigotry, pain and suffering, all of which are a long way from kindness, compassion, comfort and spiritual reassurance.

Religious morality is also used to justify political reasoning and supremacy.
In fact spirituality is simply the discovery of our authentic self without any trimmings or labels, which gives us a rich source of values and a deeper meaning to life, whatever our religion.

In the seeking of such meaning, religion and spirituality come together. Spirituality highlights qualities such as caring, kindness, compassion, tolerance, service and community, and, in its truest sense, so does religion. But where religion is defined by its tradition and teachings, spirituality is defined by what is real in our own experience, arising from an inner search within ourselves, the finding of our own truth.
Where religion tends to breed separation -- my religion vs. your religion, my God is the only real God, my ethics are better than yours, etc. -- spirituality sees all people as equal. We are not an "ism" or a label, we are spiritual beings whose purpose is to awaken to our true nature."

To learn detail about the difference between Religion and Spirituality worth going through Ed and Deb Shapiro, Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Bodymind Experts, Award-winning Authors of BE THE CHANGE - How Meditation Can Transform You and the World & YOUR BODY SPEAKS YOUR MIND below article. Thank you http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ed-and-deb-shapiro/religion-and-spirituality_b_967951.html

08:51
Laxmi Tamang: Action speaks Louder than voice since your action has proven that you are in the same of confusion between religion and spirituality

08:51
Ncsc Puja Samiti: who are you to judge? Do you practice ahimsa?
are you vegan or vegetarian? I practice Asthanga yoga faithfully. Let me know if if need any info for that. Asthanga yoga is highest form of spirituality anyone can practice. I can only hope you open your inner eyes and practice compassion ,asthanga yoga

09:02
Laxmi Tamang: Those who think that they are spiritual person please identify yourself whether or not you are truly spiritual person or in delusion.

Those who proclaimed oneself as a spiritual person I don't trust them by their words since I believe in an action as per an individual behavioural manifestation (symptoms) rather than words and reaction.

Practicing Yoga, becoming vegetarian and so forth is not being a real spiritual person.

09:04
Ncsc Puja Samiti: Then how do u define spirituality ? that means u don't value life.

09:04
Laxmi Tamang: Don't remain in delusion since you are reactionary in your attitude and behaviour because of your level of consciousness is still in middle of your spiritual journey

09:05
Ncsc Puja Samiti: You sound like u have already reach state of Nirvana.

09:05
Laxmi Tamang: I'll share you the level of human consciousness and their behaviour manifestation

09:05
Ncsc Puja Samiti: Good luck with your spiritual journey. This is the end of our conversation.

09:06
Laxmi Tamang: I love to reach that level.

09:06
Ncsc Puja Samiti: Good for u. You take care . Har har mahadev !!!

09:07
Laxmi Tamang: You are too much attached with your God and faith/religion thus you are suffering in mentally with angerism and confusion.
I detached myself with socially gifted tagged so I don't feel sad and bad when someone talk about Tamang, Buddhism, women, etc with reason. Not opinion because opinion is inbetween knowledge and ignorance

09:20
Laxmi Tamang: You are ignorant religious person. You are hindu and might be on the process of gaining spirituality but you've not detached yourself with your socially gifted tagged such as Hindu (religious person) thus you feel sad and bad and react upon my posting. The Problem of Nepal and India: Low Level of Human Consciousness
The problem of Nepal and India is invited due to those people who are Pseudo (fake) Proud with their socially gifted tagged i.e. "Caste, Ethnicity, Religion, Creed, Language, Nationality, etc" rather than their own honest deeds and accomplishment because of the low level of human consciousness.

There are many scholars, teachers, gurus, etc who are intellectual corrupt since they didn't think about society welfare except their own self gain sucking and raping Mother Nepal and their ignorant and innocent children instiling irrational religious belief rather than rational religious knowledge and wisdom for the sake of humanity and prosperity of everyone. That's the reason Nepal is 3rd MOST corrupt Nation in South Asia and 141th corrupt nation out of 176th in the world as per 2012 report of the Transparency International.

In this information age I think we've enough slept to date. Therefore now it is high time to wake up ourselves to help self, else including society if possible.
Many of us don't know in which level of consciousness we are living, walking, working and surviving. Therefore, I would like to share about human consciousness that determines our attitude and behaviour.

As per Dr. David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., an internationally renowned psychiatrist, physician, researcher, and pioneer in the fields of consciousness research and spirituality in his book "Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior" discussed and analysed about level of Human Consciousness that outlined 17 level of human consciousness.

Level of Human conscoiusness:
1. Shame
2. Guilt
3. Apathy
4. Grief
5. Fear
6. Desire
7. Anger
8. Pride
9. Courage
10. Neutrality
11. Willingness
12. Acceptance
13. Reason
14. Love
15. Joy
16. Peace
17. Enlightment
For details please visit below link. I'm just sharing here about Grief, Fear and Pride since many of us are going through these stages that I've sense.

4. Grief
We’ve all experienced this level before. Loss of a loved one or even a pet can trigger a sudden lowering of consciousness to grief. It becomes dysfunctional and pervasive when one remains at this level for a significant period of time. A person who is at Grief will see sadness everywhere. Preoccupation with the death or coming death or ones self or others can be indicative of this level. Life is a constant tragedy or near-tragedy, and the world is terrible and cruel.

5. Fear
The level of fear forms the basis for much of human behavior at this time. We are evolutionarily designed for a world of scarcity and fear. Survival of the fittest is simply our heritage. Thus, many people who don’t consciously work on improving themselves will remain at an animal-like level of fear.
Fear is the antithesis of growth. Social fears lead to seclusion. Fear of loss in relationships leads to insecurity and jealousy. Fear of the unknown leads to rejecting change. People who live in fear are highly manipulatable. News media operates at this level, presenting the world as a fearful, scary place. Entire cities and nations are often at this level.
Even so, fear is dramatically stronger than previous levels of consciousness. At least by this point you’re interacting with the world.

8. Pride
The level of pride is something that most people aspire to. It’s socially encouraged. We’re told we should take pride in our work, accomplishments, and material objects. Compared to the lower levels, pride feels great. It certainly beats the depression and hopelessness found in Shame and Apathy. However, pride is still below the crucial level of 200. It is still weak, and thus is related to force rather than true power.
Pride is a weakness because it can so easily transform into any of the lower levels. If a prideful businessman suddenly loses all his money, he could easily go through Anger, Fear, and end up at Apathy, completely losing touch with what he based his life around. Pride comes from associating ones self with things that don’t really matter.
Although pride feels good at first, it is ultimately foolish. Religious wars are often a function of pride. It lacks the unification of the higher levels, instead being based on the egoic need to be better than someone or something else.

09:23
Laxmi Tamang: From your above reactionary thoughts and action it seems that you are in the level of inbetween 7-9 since you were anger with my post and feel proud of yourself thinking that you practice highest form of spiritual gain yoga and you had courage to share your thoughts and views with others including myself

There are many spiritual leaders in the world who don't practice yoga but became spiritual you must understand for example Dalai Lama he doesn't practice yoga. He practices meditation and meditation leads to spirituality sister not the Yoga
There are around 100 renowned spiritual gurus in the world and they don't all do Yoga as you said sister. Please wake up and come out of your delusion to help yourself.

Thank you!!

No one is born hating another person: Why Hitler became a dictator and why hatred for Jews ?

"No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite."
- Mandela, Nelson

Let's learn about the Facts why Hitler became a dictator, why hatred for Jews and how he died!!

- Hitler was born in Braunau am Inn, Austria on April 20, 1889.

- Hitler's father, Alois, was in his third marriage and 51 years old when Hitler was born. He was known as a strict man who retired from the civil service when Hitler was only six. Alois died when Hitler was 13.

Artist and Anti-Semite (members of people particular the Jews and Arabs):

- Throughout his youth, Hitler dreamed of becoming an artist. He applied twice to the Vienna Academy of Art (once in 1907 and again in 1908) but was denied entrance both times.

- At the end of 1908, Hitler's mother died of breast cancer.

- After his mother's death, Hitler spent four years living on the streets of Vienna, selling postcards of his artwork to make a little money.

- No one is quite sure where or how Hitler picked up his virulent antisemitism. Some say it was because of the questionable identity of his grandfather (was Hitler's grandfather Jewish?). Others say Hitler was furious at a Jewish doctor that let his mother die. However, it is just as likely that Hitler picked up a hatred for Jews while living on the streets of Vienna, a city known at the time for its antisemitism.

Hitler as a Soldier in World War I:

- Although Hitler attempted to avoid Austrian military service by moving to Munich, Germany in May 1913, Hitler volunteered to serve in the German army once World War I began.

- Hitler endured and survived four years of World War I. During this time, he was awarded two Iron Crosses for bravery.

- Hitler sustained two major injuries during the war. The first occurred in October 1916 when he was wounded by a grenade splinter. The other was on October 13, 1918, when a gas attack caused Hitler to go temporarily blind.

- It was while Hitler was recovering from the gas attack that the armistice (i.e. the end of the fighting) was announced. Hitler was furious that Germany had surrendered and felt strongly that Germany had been "stabbed in the back" by its leaders.

Hitler Enters Politics:

- Furious at Germany's surrender, Hitler returned to Munich after the end of World War I, determined to enter politics.

- In 1919, Hitler became the 55th member of a small antisemitic party called the German Worker's Party.

- Hitler soon became the party's leader, created a 25-point platform for the party, and established a bold red background with a white circle and swastika in the middle as the party's symbol. In 1920, the party's name was changed to National Socialist German Worker's Party (i.e. the Nazi Party).

- Over the next several years, Hitler often gave public speeches that gained him attention, followers, and financial support.

- In November 1923, Hitler spearheaded an attempt to take over the German government through a putsch (a coup), called the Beer Hall Putsch.

- When the coup failed, Hitler was caught and sentenced to five years in prison.

- It was while in Landsberg prison that Hitler wrote his book, Mein Kampf (My Struggle).

- After only nine months, Hitler was released from prison.

- After getting out of prison, Hitler was determined to build up the Nazi Party in order to take over the German government using legal means.

Hitler Becomes Chancellor:

- In 1932, Hitler was granted German citizenship.

- In the July 1932 elections, the Nazi Party obtained 37.% of the vote for the Reichstag (Germany's parliament), making it the controlling political party in Germany.

- On January 30, 1933, Hitler was appointed chancellor. Hitler then used this high-ranking position to gain absolute power over Germany. This finally happened when Germany's president, Paul von Hindenburg, died in office on August 2, 1934.

- Hitler took the title of Führer and Reichskanzler (Leader and Reich Chancellor).

Hitler as Führer:

- As dictator of Germany, Hitler wanted to increase and strengthen the German army as well as expand Germany's territory. Although these things broke the terms of the Versailles Treaty, the treaty that officially ended World War I, other countries allowed him to do so. Since the terms of the Versailles Treaty had been harsh, other countries found it easier to be lenient than risk another bloody European war.

- In March 1938, Hitler was able to annex Austria into Germany (called the Anschluss) without firing a single shot.

- When Nazi Germany attacked Poland on September 1, 1939, the other European nations could no longer stand idly by. World War II began.

- On July 20, 1944, Hitler barely survived an assassination attempt. One of his top military officers had placed a suitcase bomb under the table during a conference meeting at Hitler's Wolf's Lair. Because the table leg blocked much of the blast, Hitler survived with only injuries to his arm and some hearing loss. Not everyone in the room was so lucky.

- On April 29, 1945, Hitler married his long-time mistress, Eva Braun.

- The following day, April 30, 1945, Hitler and Eva committed suicide together.

Going through the Hitler life story and present political situation of Nepal and else in relation to caste/ethnicity and relition I would like to conclude stating that do not side lined anyone from the state welfare system just because of their belief system is different from the rulers/politicians have. Instead strive towards making socio-economically as well politically inclusive socio-democratic society to establish. Hegemony and monopoly might give birth to a dictator that can genocide certain groups even in this 21st century who knows.

"I think Hitler always wanted to break the power of the Jews and this could be achieved practically and also symbolically in various ways, like removing Jews from economic, political, social and cultural influence, by segregating them territorially, by forcing them onto a reservation for example, or finding some corner of the German sphere of influence where they could be relocated, and if they lived or died it didn’t really matter but their power would be broken."
- Professor David Cesarani, one of the world’s leading scholars on the Holocaust, and his acclaimed book on Eichmann won the American National Jewish Book Award in History, 2006.
