My problem is your problem: We both owned the same problem!😜😜😜

Some of the readers of my status and blog, and listeners of my conversations in gatherings told me that I am a feminist because I write and talk about female issues. Similarly, I have been told that I am a racist because I write and talk against racism and racial discrimination. Also I have been told that I am against Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity and Islam because I write and talk against all forms of indoctrinated dogmatic beliefs imposed to each of us since early childhood that has programmed our mind which doesn't let us to think freely and fearlessly. Likewise, I was told that I am a casteist because I write and talk against caste based discrimination digging and bringing out historical injustice related facts and figures committed by rulers based on colour, class and caste especially in Nepal and India.

I don't know who am I but everyone who reads my status and blog, and listen by conversations know who am I. 😜😜

I know nothing about myself except that I am aware of that I am an energy, born in human form. I didn't have any choice to be born as a female sex. I didn't have any choice to be born in a socio-culturally identified ethnic tribal group known as "Tamang" who usually follow Bon Buddhism tradition in Nepal. I didn't have any choice to be born with the couple that belong to Nepal land citizen although I was born in Malaysia from them since my father was a British Gurkha solider by then.

I might be wrong in my understanding, however, I believe that it is my past karmic outcome/result that has randomly destined me by mother nature to be born as a female sex in a Tamang family of Nepal that follow Bon Buddhism socio-cultural tradition who has been systematically, structurally and strategically marginalised in a planned way writing the state law and order intentionally to marginalise, discriminate, dominate, humiliate, ostracise and criticise by the rulers and their advisers, teachers, priests who belong to ruling supreme colour, class and caste as mentioned in Indian literature and scriptures like Manusmriti, Mahabharat, Bhagawat Gita, Ramayan, and Puranas.

Wrong is wrong whoever do it.

Injustice is injustice even if parents who give birth to their own child do it. Therefore, none of the rulers nor their advisers, teachers and priests or anyone who belong to either supreme or low /poor colour, class and caste have right to violent rights of any human being born on this planet.

Being a learned one it is my responsibility and duty to make aware and awake to accept injustice happened to certain sex "female", certain skin colour "brown and black" people, low socioeconomic class and caste "Sudhra" and outcaste people.

Like where we suppose to born we don't have any choice same applies to the skin colour, class and caste to choose we don't have any choice while we were born. Therefore, as a learned ignorant fool I must voice and stand against anyone whoever discriminate based on sex creating GENDER which is very DANGER, colour, class and caste or locality.

Everyone knows that Perpetrators or any criminal, immoral or bad doers like to hide their bad and immoral doings

BUT my problem is that I love to disclose whatever they had done 🤣 that's the problem perpetrators, criminals, immoral or bad doers and their supporters have which I understand clearly thus write and talk fearlessly because I know FEAR is controlling our mind, body and spirit to stand up and speak out for the injustice and crime committed by our rulers and ruling sex, colour, class and caste across the globe in a human worldly world which we can't see and find in the animal and bird world.

Justice cannot be prevailed in a setting and shopping injustice jurisdiction system of Nepal

In Nepali we have saying "Hamro Desh Ko Kanunn Daiba Le Janunn" in literally translation it means only god knows Nepal's law which means no one knows how justice prevail in Nepal only those knows who have access to political and economical power that can influence jurisdiction system of Nepal and its custodians. That's for sure justice cannot be prevailed in a setting and shopping injustice jurisdiction system of Nepal. I wonder HOW anyone can get justice from jurisdiction system of Nepal when there is a setting and shopping games based on political parties' ideological affiliation among honourable judges and bribery practice including purchasing power of an individuals who are seeking justice can shop those judges that had been explained clearly by the Ex-Chief Justice Sushila Karki in her interview that she gave with Mr. Dil Bhushan Pathak in Tough Talk program of Kantipur Television on 7 June, 2017 [1].
According to her only 7% of Nepalese who has access to political party and monetary /financial gain power are getting justice from the Nepal courts based on their ability of political and financial power that they hold [1}. Rest of Nepalese are deprived of justice.

Out of 16 honourable judges at the supreme court right now [2] I heard that 11 of them are affiliated with the Communist Party of Nepal Unified Marxist Leninist and 4 of them are affiliated with political parties.
It is a duty of the responsible citizens of Nepal of those 16 Honourable Supreme Court Judges we have to name to shame and fame who are affiliated to which political parties because based on their affiliation with political parties we can came to know from Ex-Chief of Justice, honourable Sushila Karki they set the bench at the court to provide justice in the court. However, honourable Sushila Karki was initially affiliated with Nepali Congress but lately she was supportive towards Communist Party of Nepal Unified Marxist Leninist during her retirement age and time as I came to know from different people and media. All Nepalese are aware and informed that honourable Justice Mrs. Sapana Pradhan Malla was a member of the Constituent Assembly from the Communist Party of Nepal Unified Marxist Leninist.

In addition, in Nepalese society where colour, class and caste related prejudice and discriminatory practices are very much prevailing because of historical entrenched societal mindset guided from the Nepal's first civil law, Manav Naya Shastra in 14th century by King Jayasthiti Malla and the second law, Muluki Ain in 19th century by Prime Minister Janga Bahadur Rana formulated and endorsed based on the ancient Indian law, known as "Law of Manu" also called Manusmriti which is still following in providing justice in the courts of Nepal with some amendments that were made based on the international human rights declaration signed by the government of Nepal. Despite promulgation of the Nepal's new Constitution in 2015 it has yet to formulate new rules and regulations for the jurisdiction system of Nepal to provide justice to Nepalese citizens whoever seek fair justice from the courts. Although since historical period Nepal is multilingual, multicultural, multi-ethnic, multi-religious/multi-faith and very diverse society however, feudal rulers of Nepal had imposed one language, one culture, one caste, one faith/religion, and one dress strategically, systematically and structurally from top to bottom as per the Hindu dogmatic belief and life style based on the Law of Manu that has wiped out indigenous identity. Therefore, indigenous tribal communities including Madhesi population from tarai belt are very much aggressive and antagonist towards ruling colour (white), class (upper/high, supreme) and caste (Brahman). However, all of the white higher/upper people so-called Brahmans are not bad and inhumane in their thinking and acting processes but because of some handful of elite corrupt custodian of Brahmanical traditional culture, custom, language, faith and dress code who are holding power in all three major branches of government: executive, legislative and judicial of the country and also involving in major societal roles as teachers, advisers and administrators they are blamed and accused for all mishap of the country in making under developed, corrupt and backward.
One of the renowned TV Journalists of Nepal, Mr. Prem Baniya left Nepal nine months back in order to empower self he went to USA because he said there is already setting for 10 years who will become Nepal's Prime Minister, Chief of Justice, Chief of Police Force, Chief of Army including Chief in all three branches of government body: Executive, Legislative and Juridical so there is no point of staying in Nepal as he is in his present status [3].
Whatever the Ex-Chief of Justice, Suhila Koirala said on 7 June 2017 after her retirement that is very much inline with Mr. Baniya's speech that he delivered in Japan with Nepalese after 9 months of leaving Nepal. Therefore, proves how much systematically, strategically and structurally Nepal is corrupt from top to bottom because of dogmatic mythological belief "Seeing the property even God's third eye opens" "Dhan dekhe pachhi Mahadev ko Pani tin Netra" related entrenched practices based on the law of manu.
As per the Transparency International Corruption Perception Index 2016 Nepal is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, ranking 131 out of 176 countries across the globe [4]. However, hardly anyone would like to take action against it because anyone who raise voice against it will be proven criminal by those corrupt executive, legislative and juridical systems custodians of Nepal.

Midwives and nurses are as good as docs – and sometimes better, WHO finds

It is nice to read an article titled "Midwives and nurses are as good as docs-and sometimes better,WHO finds" providing evidence based justification what is so [1]. Unlike in Australia, UK, Nepal and many other countries in USA Nurse Practitioners are the first contact point in American healthcare delivery system. However, in Nepal nurses are looked down because of gender stereotype societal thoughts and mindset thinking that Nursing and Midwifery are the female profession. This is a very sick mindset outlook and thinking process.
However, scenario is bit different in rural where more than 80% population is residing the vast majority of pregnant women the first contact point is an Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives.

Well educated and trained midwives and nurses are as good as doctors that's proven fact from across the globe, however, ill thinking of some elite maleness mindset consider medical profession is superior than nursing and midwifery so they are always striving towards promoting unnecessarily expensive healthcare delivery system. In fact doctors are needed for abnormal cases in providing curative services for ill and sick people that usually are around 25% of the population.

For the vast majority around 70-75% well trained and educated nurses as a practitioner like in USA can be mobilised. Similarly, only around 15% pregnancy and delivery are high risk which means that pregnant and childbearing women need specialised doctors' care and for the rest 85% childbearing women well trained midwives would take care of them.

It says that midwives, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other non-doctors do as good a job as MDs in the care they deliver — and patients often like them better, a World Health Organization team reported on Thursday.These non-physicians are especially effective in delivering babies, taking care of people infected with the AIDS virus, and helping people care for chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure, the team reported in a WHO bulletin.The findings extend from the poorest nations to the United States and Europe, they said. While some physician groups have resisted wider use of such professionals, they should embrace them because they are often less expensive to deploy and are far more willing to work in rural areas, the WHO experts said.“There are some obvious advantages in terms of relying on mid-level health workers,” WHO’s Giorgio Cometto told NBC news in a telephone interview.“They take less time to be trained. Typically, they cost less to remunerate. In some countries they are more likely to be retained in rural areas.”David Auerbach, a researcher at the Rand Corp., says other studies have shown the same thing. “There’s really not much difference you can find in the quality,” he said.Doctors are scarce in the United States. The Association of American Medical Colleges projects a shortfall of 90,000 physicians by 2020. Family practitioners and other generalists are especially scarce, and experts predict it will only get worse as millions of Americans get health insurance under the 2010 Affordable Care Act. 

Doctors are also scarce in the developing world, and many countries are looking for ways to fill gaps.
Cometto and colleagues around the world looked at all the studies they could find on the quality of care delivered by non-physicians. They settled on 53 that looked specifically at the quality of care delivered — and at how happy patients were with the care they got.
“The evidence shows there aren’t statistically significant differences,” Cometto said. “The quality of care they provide is comparable to physicians. In some cases, for specific services, they actually outperform physicians.”
For instance, nurse-midwives or midwives who deliver babies end up using fewer drugs and they are less likely than doctors to make a type of cut called an episiotomy. Groups such as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommend against episiotomies because they don’t heal as well as the natural tears that occur during childbirth.
Midwives were no more or less likely than doctors to induce labor, perform cesarean sections or use instruments to deliver a baby, Cometto’s team found, and the rates of death of either mother or child were the same among doctors as among midwives. There were similar findings for treating patients infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) that causes AIDS. “One study compared the effects of antiretroviral therapy (ART) in patients managed by nurses and those managed by doctors. There was no significant dif­ference in the likelihood of ART failure between groups of patients managed by nurses and those managed by doctors,” the researchers wrote. “Nor was there any difference in mortality, failure of viral suppression or immune recovery between the groups.”
When it came to caring for heart disease and diabetes, patients actually seemed to like nurses and other non-doctors better, the report found. This jibes with what nurse-practitioners and physician assistants working in the United States report. “We look at patients in a more holistic manner,” Judy Honig, associate dean at the Columbia University School of Nursing, said in a recent interview.
The Institute of Medicine, which advises the federal government on health matters, says nurses can do more than they already do and can help meet ballooning demands as the population ages and as more people get health insurance and start seeking care.
The United States has more than three million nurses. They already deliver much of the front line health care that Americans need, from giving vaccinations to delivering babies.
Nurse-practitioners are registered nurses who hold graduate degrees and can perform virtually all of the functions of front-line family doctors — depending on the laws of the state they’re in.
Between 1998 and 2010, the number of Medicare patients treated by NPs increased 15-fold to more than 450,000 people, University of Texas Medical Branch researchers found recently. Groups such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners are calling for even more to be trained.
Physician assistants are also seen as offering a big plug in the health care hole “Currently, there are more than 93,000 PAs throughout the U.S. whose education in general medicine prepares them to be extremely nimble, positioning them very well to address an influx of 20 million new patients entering the health care system,” says Lawrence Herman, president of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Rand’s Auerbach says integrated clinics, using electronic health records and other technology, can really help fill the gaps. But he notes that not all medical groups are on board with the idea. 
“It’s getting over a cultural barrier and learning how to work in teams of providers with different expertise,” Auerbach said. “That is not trivial.”
The American Society of Anesthesiologists recently spoke out against what it sees as the overuse of nurse-anesthetists. “Somehow there has become the notion that you can take physician extenders and replace physicians,” said Dr. Jane Fitch, a former nurse anesthetist who is now a physician anesthesiologist. “We are really concerned about patient safety.

Without reparation to historical injustice justice cannot be prevailed

For the historical social injustice and crime committed by the rulers and ruling colour, class and caste of specific territory, for instance Nepal, India or else to the certain community and ethnic groups (i.e. indigenous tribal ethnicity such as Tamang, and without social justice provided through reparation and compensation for their future generation NO PEACE and JUSTICE will be prevailed in those country or society proven from the history of this world human society.

In Nepal massive Genocide to certain ethnic and caste groups had taken place as per the legal Code of Conduct named "Muluki Ain" of 1854 AD which is still effective despite promulgation of the Constitute of Nepal in September 2015. For this historical injustice reparation is utmost to provide for the crime committed by our by then rulers and ruling colour, class and caste people.

According to the international law of 1946 recognised by the United Nations General Assembly (A/RES/96-I) that was codified as an independent crime in the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (the Genocide Convention) Convention that was rectified by 147 member states in its Article II it has the term "GENOCIDE" has been defined as follow.

Genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.

Although the popular understanding of what constitutes genocide tends to be broader than the content of the norm under international law. Article II of the Genocide Convention contains a narrow definition of the crime of genocide, which includes two main elements:

1. A mental element: the "intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such"; and

2. A physical element, which includes the following five acts, enumerated exhaustively:

- Killing members of the group

- Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group

- Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part

- Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group

- Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group

कतिपय सामन्ती सोच भएका पुरुष वर्ग कति निच निर्दयी सोच्न सकेको होला महिला वर्ग प्रति | महिला /स्त्री वर्गलाई घरको काम काज गरेर बस्यो भने घर बुढि/ गृहिणी वा गृह लक्ष्मी भन्छ | तर पुरुष वर्ग घरको कामकाज गरेर बस्यो भने घर बुढा/गृह पति वा ग्रह लक्ष्मण भन्ने प्रचलन छैन् | यो विश्व भरकै प्रचलन हो | कस्तो विडम्वना होला !!

महिला र पुरुष वर्गले गर्ने कामको प्रकृति र स्थान अनुसार नै महिला पुरुष के, कस्ता हुन् भनेर लैंगिक विभेदपूर्ण शब्दको सृजना समेत गर्न भ्याएका छन् पढे लेखेका शिक्षित सभ्य उच्च वर्ग वर्ण जात का हु भन्ने सामन्ती भ्रष्ट मन, मनस्थिति र मानसिकता भएका कतिपय पुरुष वर्गहरुले | सायद यसो गर्नुको पछाडी उनीहरु प्रकृति गुण होला जस्तो बुझिन्छ किन कि उनीहरु जन्मसिद्ध कम्जोर हुन्छ शारीरिक, मस्तिष्क र भावनात्मक रुपमा | तर सामाजिक रुपमा मात्र उनीहरुलाई ससक्त, सबल र सक्षम हो भन्ने मनोवैज्ञानिक रुपमा तयार पार्दै आई रहेका छन् बाल्यवास्था देखिनै राजकाज शासन सत्ता घर, समाज र राज्यमा गरोस भन्ने हेतुले |

मैले पुरुषलाई जन्मसिद्ध कम्जोर छ भन्नुको मुख्य कारण उनीहरुको जैविक गुण नै त्यस्तो छ | उदाहरणको लागि महिलाको एक डिम्बभित्र एक शुक्रकिट प्रवेश गर्न लाखौ शुक्रकिटको आवश्यक पर्छ र ती लाखौको संख्यामा रहेको शुक्रकिटहरु एक आपसमा जुध्ने झैँ झगडा गर्दै तछाड र मछाड गर्छन | ती मध्ये एक शक्तिशाली मजबुत शुक्रकिटले ७२ घण्टा लामो संघर्ष गरी बल्ल तल्ल महिलाको डिम्ब भित्र प्रवेश गर्न सफल हुन्छ | त्यसरी बल्ल तल्ल लामो संघर्ष पश्च्यात महिलाको डिम्ब भित्र प्रवेश गर्न सफल भई भ्रुणको वृद्धि र विकास हुन् थाल्ने क्रममा पुन पुरुष भ्रुणहरु बढि जोखिम हुन्छ प्राकृतिक रुपमा गर्भ तुहिने | तर फेरी सामाजिक रुपमा चाही साम्प्रदायिक धर्मको अन्धविश्वासले गर्दा वैतरणी नदि तरेर स्वर्ग जान पुत्रको नै आवश्यकता हुने भएकोले गर्दा महिला/पुत्री भ्रुणको हत्या हिँसा गरी गर्भपतन गराउने गर्छन सोहि पढे लेखेका शिक्षित सम्पन्न, सक्षम, सबल र सर्वउत्कृष्ट वर्ण, वर्ग र जात भन्ने समुदायका दम्पतिहरुले | कस्तो पाखण्डीपन छ तिनीहरुको सोच र व्यवहार हरे | तिनीहरुलाई त प्रकृति माताले कहिल्यै न्याय, सुख, खुशी र शान्ति दिदैन भन्ने पक्का छ मानवताको लागि | जे होस् महिला वर्ग शक्ति, बुद्धि, शान्ति, स्वतन्त्रता, प्रेम, धन र न्यायको खानी भएकैले गर्दा हुनु पर्छ तत्कालिन युगमा पढे लेखेका शिक्षित सभ्य सबल सक्षम र सचेत हु भन्ने पुरुष वर्गहरुले लक्ष्मी (धनको खानी), दुर्गा (शक्तिको खानी), काली (अन्यायको विरोधी), सरस्वती (ज्ञान बुद्धिको खानी), अदालतको अघि राखिने मुर्ति "लेडी जस्टिस" (न्यायको खानी) र न्युयोर्क शहरको "स्ट्याचु अफ लिबर्टी" (स्वतन्त्रताप्रेमी) जस्ता परिकल्पना गरेर पुज्ने, मान्यता दिने गर्छन | तर गर्भमा रहेका जीवित भ्रुणलाई चाही छोरी पो रहेछ भन्दै वैधानिक रुपमा चिकित्सकको सहयोग लिएर भ्रुण हत्या हिँसा र गर्भपतन गर्ने साथै घर र समाजमा रहदै बस्दै आई रहेका जीवित महिला, छोरी, पुत्री, बुहारी, दिदि बहिनी, श्रीमती, प्रमिका आदिलाई बुद्धि नभएको, घरमै बस्छे कसै कुनै काम गर्दैनन् उनी घर बुढि/ गृहिणी हो भन्ने गर्दै होचाउने, मनोवल गिराउने गर्दै आई रहेका पाउछौ तपाई हाम्रो घर परिवार समाजमा |

यो पाखण्डीपन समाज निर्माण गर्ने सामन्ती सोच भएका मानव रुपी दानव पुरुष वर्ग नै हो जसले समाजको नीति निर्माण गरी लाद्ने गर्दै आई रहेको छ व्यवहारिक रुपमा अभ्यास गर्न अनेक डर धम्कि दिदै चाहे साम्प्रदायिक धर्मको नाममा हो स्वर्ग र नर्क को परिकल्पना गरी चाहे नैतिकताको कुरा गरेर होस् महिला माथि थोपारेर | के नैतिकवान, सुशील र सभ्य महिला मात्र बन्नु पर्छ भन्ने छ? अनि पुरुषहरुले चाही जे गर्दा पनि हुन्छ आफ्नो रवाफ देखाउन? यदि छ भने कुन चाही विश्वव्यापी मानव अधिकारको घोषणा पत्रमा लेखेको छ देखाउनु सक्नु पर्यो र पुष्टि गर्नु सक्नु पर्यो मानवताको लागि |

नत्र पाखण्डी अति पुरुषबादी सोच मानसिकताद्वारा निर्मित सामाजिक मुल्य मान्यता हामी महिला वर्गहरुको लागि मान्य छैन किन कि यो मानवताबादी छैन् | छन त केवल सामन्तबाद दानावताबाद पुरुषबाद निहित सोचद्वारा निर्मित, संचालित, स्वचालित र निर्देशित छ आफ्नो व्यक्तिगत र पुराषार्थ प्रदर्शनको लागि |

Societal evil, devil and ill practices are systematically, strategically and structurally created

Naturally or unnaturally, everything happens for reason. Without reason nothing happens. Understanding about reason why it happens and occurs is critical for the sake of humanity and prosperity of one and all.

If we look at thoughtfully in a human society everything is created by human's mind. We are what we think and do as Buddha said almost 2500 years ago which has been proving by present days neuroscientists, psychologists, psychoanalysts and psychotherapits. 

In fact, we, human beings are wired creature and do seems and sounds that we are natural being although we are part of nature and natural phenomenon. More than the nature created, we are created on the basis of how we have been nurtured in our family and society. It proves from our own way of thinking, perceiving and behaving based on our thinking and perceiving process. Who we are? and What we are? demonstrates from our action and reactionary thoughts rather than claim, blame and assertion that we individually or collectively make. Thoughts put in words either verbally or written show how we are. Some people thoughts are very barbaric and heinous that hardly anyone can imagine we are sensible intellectual beings.

Interestingly, generally we, human being consider animals having low intelligent and insensible beings. However, in the animal world nothing is created by animal's mind. They live, survive and thrive in a nature as they are although they do have mind besides their brain as human being has. However, human mind is pretty strange and weirdly wired naturally compared to animals' mind. This could be the reason why in human society we have worldly world shaped by our own dogmatic belief known as "religion for reason" to support our thoughts, views, ideas, justifications, arguments, discussions and debates, and accordingly our perception has been shaped to see the world around us. Each individual's world view is shaped by their own indoctrinated dogmatic thoughts and ideas that have been imposed on them from their early childhood during the process of socialisation.

In a human society nothing happens accidentally, everything happens in a pre-designed way as rulers and ruling colour, class and caste people's want. I realised that societal evil, devil and ill practices have been created by feudalistic man's mind. Social evils, devils and ill practices include poverty, inequality, inequity, injustice, discrimination, marginalisation, oppression, suppression and genocide all are systematically, strategically and structurally created by corrupt feudalistic mindset rulers due to their own ignorance born FEAR of loosing power that human history if it is not remain mystery to anyone would acknowledge. This is the reason WHY I love exploring history to understand societal evil and devil minded rulers created dysfunctional and malfunction society based on colour, class and caste division making one group of people as a superior and others as inferior. Both problems and solutions are within our mind but we hardly accept it. Unless and until we are not aware of it we do not accept it because acceptance require awaken within our mind that can be attained only through awareness. In order to understand about this I read good number of thoughts and words expressed by psychologists, neuroscientists, philosophers, politicians, strategic worriers, historians, sociologists, anthropologists, spiritual leaders and intellectual beings who care and share for the sake of humanity and prosperity of one and all.
It is good to read article titled "Mistrust and competition: The psychology of inequality" by Nick Haslam psychologist at the University of Melbourne that states rising economic inequality is associated with a range of economic and social ills [1]. More unequal societies tend to have worse health, more obesity, more violent crime, more political instability, and more institutional corruption. In fact this is all created by ill intentional feudalistic ruling colour, class and caste people in any given society if we look at critically the reason behind the root cause of the problems how fruits of injustice, inequality, worse ill health problems (obesity, diabetes, cancer, AIDS, etc), discrimination, oppression, suppression, intolerance, violence, crime, warfare, political instability and institutional corruption exist in our society. There is a grand designer to make our society and the world to malfunction so that they can generate income and benefit them creating instability in the society. This is how feudalistic ill minded people from their ill intention have been ruling the world from ancient time to date if we look at the history of ancient India, Rome, Saudi Arab, America, Australia, Europe including our own country, Nepal. Therefore, in order to create this world better place to live, survive and thrive we have to be aware, awake, accept to act only then we can reach to altitude changing our attitude and aptitude.

सोच पनि कति कोच, निच, निर्दयी, असभ्य जंगली होला छक्क पर्नु छ बा उच्च महान, सभ्य शिक्षित हु भन्नेहरुको | हुन त आफु जस्तो छ त्यस्तै भन्ने गर्छन अर्कालाई भन्छन यस विश्वका महान व्यक्तित्व, वैज्ञानिक र मनोविश्लेषकहरुले हो कि के हो भन्ने पुष्टि हुन्छ बा सत्य, तथ्य र यथार्थ बुझ्दा मानवताको लागि |
भोटेको बुद्धि हुदैन्, गु भोटे भन्ने गर्छन हाम्रा कतिपय वर्णबादी, जातिवादी, मनुबादीहरुले |

तर बुद्धि भएका हामी भन्ने वर्णबादी, जातिवादी, मनुबादीद्वारा राजकाज गरेको देश चाही किन ती गु भोटेहरुद्वारा राजकाज गरेको देश भन्दा विपन्न, अल्पविकसित, भ्रष्ट प्रष्ट, पुरातनबाद, अन्धविश्वास, दासत्वबाद र पाखण्डीपनले गाजेको समाज भएको होला भन्दै यो मुर्ख अज्ञानताको शिकार सत्य, तथ्य र यथार्थ ज्ञानको भिखारी भोटेनी ट्वा पर्छ बा | भोटे भन्नाले सम्पूर्ण चिम्सो आँखा र थेप्चो नाक भएका मानिसहरु रहेछन जस अन्तर्गत शेतामगुराली: शेर्पा, तामांग, मगर, गुरुङ, राई, लिम्बु लगायत चीनियाँ, कोरियन, जापानिज, भित्नामिज, टाईवानिज, थाई आदि सबै नै पर्दा रहेछ भनेर बुझिन्छ खस आर्य र मनुबादी कतिपय नेवार समुदायको दृष्टिकोण बुझ्दा |

विगतमा भोटसंग मिलिजुली व्यापार व्यवसाय गर्दा हिन्दुस्तानी मल्ल शासकहरु जो नेपाल आएर राजकाज गरेर उनीहरुको शासनकालमा १७ औ शताब्दी ताकासम्म साथै जब गोर्खाको गरिव विपन्न राजा पृथ्वी नारायण शाहले १८ औ शताब्दीमा मल्लकालीन राज्यलाई विजय गरी आफ्नो सिहासन खडा गरे काठमाडौँ उपत्यकामा त्यति बेला पनि उनले भोटसंग सुन र नुनको व्यापार व्यवसाय गरी सपन्न भएको रहेछ भनेर नेपालको इतिहासबाट पुष्टि हुन्छ |

जब सुन, नुन, आस्था र विश्वासको केन्द्र बिन्दु नै भोट र भोटका भोटे रहेछ भने किन घृणा छिछि दुरदुर गर्ने गर्छन यी वर्णबादी, जातिवादी र मनुबदी उच्च वर्ण, जात भन्नेहरुले भन्दै ट्वा पर्ने गर्छन यो मुर्ख अज्ञानताको शिकार सत्य, तथ्य र यथार्थ ज्ञानको भिखारी भोटेनी |

उनीहरुले त्यसरी घृणा, छिछि दुरदुर गर्नु को पछाडी पक्कै पनि उनीहरुको मनोडर, भय हुनु पर्छ भन्ने प्रष्ट बुझिन्छ किन कि उनीहरुको बुझाईमा भोटे भनेको बलवान, शक्तिवान, पलवान, बुद्धिवान, ईमान्दार, पाखण्डीपनको घोर विरोध गर्ने विनाशकारी हाक्की हुन्छ हाम्रो खादै लगाउदै मोजमस्ती गर्दै आई रहेको सबै स्वाहा पारी दिन्छ भन्ने बुझाई र विश्वास छ भने प्रष्ट बुझिन्छ |

त्यस्तैले त रुप स्वरूप, दृष्टिकोण र धारणा पनि त्यस्तै छ गाँजा भाग खाने कैलाश पर्वत भोट निवासी भोटे, शिव प्रति र उनको मुहार सहितको शारीरिक स्वरुपको प्रतिक "मुर्ति" पुज्न नसकेर उनको "तुन्तुरे, लिङ्ग" मात्र पुज्न रणनीति अघि सरेका हुन् भन्ने प्रष्ट बुझिन्छ उनीहरुको पुर्खा को चलाक चतुर बुद्धि विवेकले गर्दा |

If you Love her, Don’t Destroy her.

I could not agree more with the following article's experiential emotional intelligence based thoughtful words that touched my heart (spirit/soul), head (mind) and hands (action). I suppose each and every innocent and genuine girls and women would agree and appreciate after they go through it if they have gone through destructive relationship after going through their past sweetest relationship like they tasted as a candy chocolate and honey during their initial romantic days and time. Today, early in the morning at around 5 PM after I woke up and explored my news-feed in the facebook I came across this article titled "If you Love her, Don't Destroy her" the titled itself touched my heart, head and hands from inside out that has ignited me to go through it. Once I read it I realised that I need to keep it as a future reference to share with my near and dear since I care them so that they and their near and dear also can get insight like I did reading the article. Nothing is perfect on this universe as per the law of nature and being a human driven with emotion we usually make mistakes. However, we can correct our mistakes as we grow learning from our own experiential life moments then continue our relationship accepting our flaws in a progressive and pragmatic manner acknowledging that if we unite in our head, heart and hands survival becomes easier that we opt for.

I Know You Love Her.

If you didn’t, you wouldn’t be with her. But since you’re only a human being with variable emotions, you might be inclined to love her in all the wrong ways.
A healthy, happy relationship can transform into a destructive one if you treat her less than how she deserves to be treated.
Nonetheless, I hope you try to love her right. I hope you cast every ray of awareness upon your love for her. I hope you know that awareness is what keeps a relationship strong.
I want you to remember how she looked when you first laid eyes on her. She was everything you longed for. Be it her beauty, her wild nature, her sense of humor or her independence, there’s something about her you haven’t found in anyone else.
And what floored you the most was her completeness.
If you love her, keep her this way. Keep her beautiful, keep her wild, keep her complete.
While she’s the master of her own fate, I wish you understood that you play a major role in her life. How you treat her determines how she views herself—you can make her shine or make her feel lost. She’s a statue in your hands and she only hopes to be held with vigilance.
If you love her, don’t destroy her.
Know that she was destroyed before and another destruction isn’t what she’s aiming for. If she’s with you, know that she has stepped over her fear and insecurities to be with you. She has stepped over her past and decided to give love another chance. She has entrusted you with the health of this relationship—and with her heart.
Don’t let her down.
You destroy her the moment you think you know her. She’s not a book you will eventually finish. She’s something yet to be discovered—so live every day as if you’re meeting her for the first time.
Be present. Nothing destroys her more than your emotional absence. You can sit with her all day long and not really be there, yet you can be so far away and be completely present.
Stimulate her thoughts, her emotions, her being. Dive into her soul like you’d dive into an ocean.
Know that you’ll wreck her if she ever felt you need her rather than want her. You’ll destroy every inch of her if you only love her when loneliness creeps up on you. Because she seeks your love in all moments, not just when your fears and insecurities strike.
I know that your own past sufferings may have destroyed you. But don’t love her just so she can carry your emotional baggage with you. Don’t love her if you only want her to fix you. Know that she will, with time, without you even knowing.
Her love and existence will heal every part of you. But if you are with her solely to fill the emptiness inside you, she will know—and it will destroy her.
And remember, she doesn’t want to be fixed either. Maybe she opened up to you and told you about her painful past. Perhaps you know the exact number of pieces she was turned into. But she didn’t tell you so you would fix her—she only told you so you can know what she endured and how it made her who she is today.
She wants you to acknowledge that your actions toward her—actions motivated by love, understanding and patience—are what matter.
Don’t treat her like a broken woman. She is complete with all her pieces, even though they may still be scattered everywhere. Embrace them with her—just don’t add to them. Make her see why she went through destructive relationships in the past. Make her realize that she went through the “worst” so she could appreciate the “better” that you are.
If you love her, love her with all her flaws and insecurities. She is as imperfect as you are and she only hopes to share that imperfection with you. She wants to undress her soul in front of you and be utterly herself.
She wants to be the same way with you that she is in the mirror—crazy, wild and free. If you’re not ready to accept her as she is, you will destroy her.
If you love her, build her up because she will be doing the same for you. Know that whatever effort you put in, she will be putting in double.
If you show her the moon, she’ll show you the entire galaxy.
If you take her to a well, she’ll introduce you to the ocean.
If you treat her right, she’ll love you more.
If you love her well, she’ll never forget you.

बाल मनोविज्ञानको परिस्थितिले सृजना गरेको संदेहवादी (Skeptic) हु म !

ठुलो हावाहुरी आउँदा, गड्यांग गुडुंग गर्दै बिजुली चम्किंदै ठुलो वर्षा हुँदा हामी केटाकेटी (म र मेरो दिदि भाई दाजु) लगायत हाम्रो पनि आमा डराउनु हुन्थियो | हामी रुने कराउने गर्थ्यौ त्यसरी ठुलो हुरीबतास आउदा र गड्यांग गुडुंग गर्दै बिजुली चम्किंदै, चट्यांग लागेको आवाज आउदै वर्षा हुँदा | त्यसैले ठुलो  हावाहुरी गड्यांग गुडुंग गर्दै बिजुली चम्किंदै ठुलो वर्षा हुँदा आमाले हामीलाई  बाल्यकालमा मध्य रातमा सुतेकै अवस्थामा भएता पनि उठाएर हातमा "खुकुरी, हसियाँ  र सिउडी" लिन लगाई "ओम माणी पद्मे हु" "ओम बज्रा गुरु पद्मा सिद्धि हुंग" भन्ने जस्ता बौद्ध धर्मसंग सम्बन्धित तन्त्र मन्त्र जप्न लगाउनु हुन्थियो |
बाल्यकालमा हामीलाई पनि के  थाहा त्यसरी तन्त्र मन्त्र जप्दैमा प्रकृतिको सिद्धान्त अनुसार हुने घटनाक्रम वर्षा, हुरी बतास, बिजुली चम्किंदै, चट्यांग लागेको आवाज रोकिन्छ भनेर | आमाले जे गर  भन्नु हुन्थियो हामी त्यस्तै गर्ने गर्थ्यौ | 
दसा ग्रह शान्तिको लागि भनेर  आमाले आफ्नो पहाडघर, भोजपुरबाट लामाहरु झिकाएर वार्षिक रुपमा पुजा लगाउने गर्नु हुन्थियो | आमाको आफ्नै माईला दाई, हाम्रो माइला मामाले पनि थोरबहुत लामा अक्षर "तिबेतियन भाषा" पढ्नु हुन्थ्यो | त्यसैले कहिले काही  माईला मामालाई पनि पहाडबाट झिकाएर दसाग्रह  शान्तिको लागि भनेर तिबेतियन भाषामा लेखेको वेदहरु अध्धयन गर्न लगाउनु हुन्थ्यो | 
नेपाली संस्कार संस्कृति अनुसार दैनिक घरमा विहान पुजापाठ गर्ने गरे झैँ हामीले पनि दैनिक पानी चडाउने र पुजा गर्ने गर्थ्यौ | तर म चाही खासै त्यस्तो काम गर्न अग्रसर  हुन्न थिए | मेरो दिदि प्राय पुजा र पानी चडाउने गर्नु हुन्थ्यो बुद्धको थान बनाएको कोठामा | त्यसैले दैनिक रुपमा चोखो पानी सार्वजनिक धाराबाट ल्याउने गर्थ्यौ | कोहि कसैलाई नछोईकन न बोली चोखो पानी लिएर आउनु चडाउनुको लागि भनेर आमाले आदेश दिनु हुन्थ्यो | हामी पनि त्यस्तै गर्थ्यौ | यसरी दिनहरु वित्दै गयो र हामीहरु पनि बाल्यवस्था पार गर्दै युवास्थामा प्रवेश गर्न थाल्यौ | 
जब हामी किशोरावस्था (१० वर्षदेखि १९ वर्षको समयावधीको क्षण) मा प्रवेश हुदै गयौ हाम्रो बाल मंस्पटलमा रहेको मनोडर, त्रासहरु कम हुदै गयो र पहिले झैँ ठुलो हावाहुरी आउँदा, गड्यांग गुडुंग गर्दै बिजुली चम्किंदै ठुलो वर्षा हुँदा कम  डर लाग्ने परिस्थिति सृजना हुन् थाल्यो | यस्तो परिस्थिति सृजना हुनुको मुख्य कारण हामीले क्रमिक रुपमा विधालयबाट प्राप्त गर्दै गई रहेको औपचारिक शिक्षा विशेषत विज्ञान विषयमा उल्लेखित विभिन्न तर्क संगत सत्यतामा आधारित तथ्यहरु थियो | उदाहरणको लागि वर्षा कसरी हुन्छ, किन वर्षायाममा आकाशमा गड्यांग गुडुंग गर्दै बिजुली चम्किंछ, चट्यांग लाग्छ आदिको बारेमा  अध्धयन गर्दै गए पछि सत्य र तथ्य को हो प्राकृतिक रुपमा हुने घटनाक्रमको भन्ने  पनि  बुझ्दै गयौ |
किशोरावस्थामा मनमा अनेक उतरचडाव हुने, जिज्ञास र कौतुहुला जाग्ने हुँदा रहेछ | आफुले आफैलाई प्रश्न गर्ने, किन कसरी यस्तो, त्यस्तो हुन्छ भन्ने जस्ता जिज्ञासा लाग्ने हुँदा  रहेछ, जे पनि परिक्षण गर्नु मन लाग्ने हुँदा  रहेछ | आमा बाबाले जे  नगर भन्ने गर्छन सोहि गर्नु मन लाग्दो रहेछ | किन नगर भनेको, गर्यो भने के हुन्छ भनेर परिक्षण गरी अनुभुति लिनु मन लाग्दो  रहेछ | त्यसैले कतिपय नगर भनिएको काम पनि लुकी छिपी साथीहरुको लहैलहैमा लागेर पनि गरिन्थ्यो | उदाहरणको लागि चुरोट बिड्डी नखानु भन्नु  हुन्थियो  | तर सोहि खानु मन लाग्थ्यो अरु वयस्कहरुले सल्काएको चुरोट बिड्डी मुखबाट तानेर नाकबाट धुवा फालेको देख्दा आफुलाई पनि त्यसरी नै सल्काएको चुरोट बिड्डी मुखबाट सर्को तान्नेर नाकबाट धुवा फ्याक्दा कस्तो हुन्छ भन्ने जिज्ञासा लागेकोले गर्दा एक दिन ३-४ साथीहरु मिलेर सालको पातमा सालको पात नै बेरेर सल्काएर सर्को तान्ने काम गर्यौ र सर्किएर रातो पिरो भयौ | अनुभूति नै सिकाईको महत्वपूर्ण पाठ रहेछ |
त्यसैले अभिभावकहरुले यसो नगर, त्यसो नगर भन्दा किन नगर्नु, त्यसो गरेमा के  हुन्छ भनेर अनुभवजन्य तर्कसंगत ज्ञान शिक्षा दिनु पर्ने  हुन्छ आफ्नो बालबालिकाहरुको जिज्ञासु र कौतुहल मानसिकतालाई साम्य पार्न/राख्न | नत्र अनुभूति लिन परिक्षणको लागि लुकी लुकी नगर भनेको कार्य गर्न अघि बढ्ने हुँदा रहेछ जसरी मैले पनि परिक्षण गरे चुरोट बिड्डी खण्ड पिउदा कस्तो हुँदा रहेछ भनेर | विशेषत यस्तो अभ्यास किशोरावस्थाको १२, १३ वर्ष देखि १६, १७ वर्षको उमेर गर्ने गरिन्छ हाम्रो बाल्यवस्था देखि वयस्कवस्थामा प्रवेश हुन् क्षणिक संक्रमणकालिन अवस्था "किशोरवास्था" ताका | त्यसैले प्राय मानव जीवनको क्षणमा अतिनै महत्व राख्ने "किशोरावस्था" मा अभिभावकहरुले विशेष चासो देखाई आफ्नो बालबालिकाहरु सहि मार्ग निर्देशन, पथ प्रदर्शन, नेतृत्व, दिशा निर्देशन दिएन अनावश्यक रुपमा निधिखोजी गर्दै नियन्त्रण र रोकतोक गर्न खोज्यो भने उनीहरु चिडिने, उनीहरुको मनमा वितिर्सना हुने, आफ्नो अभिभावक भन्दा साथीभाईको बढि महत्व दिने, चासो राख्ने प्रवृतिको विकास भई शारीरिक, मानसिक, मनोवैज्ञानिक, बौद्धिक, भौतिक, सामाजिक, अध्यात्मिक आदि रुपमा सप्रिने विग्रिने, के हुने भन्ने सम्पूर्ण यहि किशोरावस्थाले नै निधो गर्छ भनेर विभिन्न अध्धयन अनुसन्धानबाट पनि पुष्टि गर्दै गई रहेको  छ | त्यसैले किशोरावस्थालाई मानव जीवनको विशेषत संक्रमणकालिन अवस्था भनेर मान्ने र  बुझ्ने गर्छन पश्चिमामुलुकहरुमा वैज्ञानिक शिक्षा प्रणालीको कारणले गर्दा मानव शरीरको विकास र निकासको बारेमा सत्य, तथ्य र यथार्थ बुझेकाले  गर्दा |
म जहिले पनि प्राय किशोरावस्थामा आफुले आफुलाई प्रश्न गर्ने गर्थे,
"किन हामीले घरमा लामा पढाउने गर्छौ, किन पुजापाठ गर्ने र चोखो पानी चडाउने गर्छौ ? किन कुखुरा भाले, बोका, हाँस, परेवा आदि जनावरको बलि दिने गर्छौ बुद्धपुर्णिमा र अन्य दिनहरुमा बुढासुब्बा, दन्तकाली आदि मठमन्दिरमा ? के यो साच्चै नै आवश्यक छ ? यदि छ  भने, किन गरिब दुखी जो दैनिक दाउरा घाँस नबोकी, अर्काको काम नगरी आफ्नो पेट पुजा गर्न सक्दैन, आफ्नो छोराछोरीको मुखमा माड हाल्न सक्दैन किन  उनीहरुलाई चाही  भगवान, ईश्वर, देउता, परमेश्वरले रेखदेख गर्दैन सुख शान्ति दिदैन ? के उनीहरुले दैनिक रुपमा हामीले  झैँ  पुजापाठनगरेर, विभिन्न चाडपर्वमा बलि नदिएर, वार्षिक रुपमा घरमा पुजारी, पण्डित, पुरोहित लामा बोलाएर दसाग्रह शान्ति नगरेर हो  त ? के ईश्वर, भगवान, देउता, परमेश्वर  भन्ने हुनेखाने जसले वार्षिक रुपमा घरमा पुजारी, पण्डित, पुरोहित लामा बोलाएर दसाग्रह शान्ति गर्नेहरुको लागि मात्र हो त? होइन भने किन जसको पहुँच र सामर्थ छ त्यसरी पुजारी, पण्डित, पुरोहित लामा बोलाएर दसाग्रह शान्ति गर्न सक्ने र मठमन्दिर धाएर पुजापाठ गर्ने बलि दिने उनीहरुको लागि मात्र धर्मको सम्पूर्ण नीति नियम कर्मकाण्ड पालाना गर्नु पर्ने अनि आम दिन दुखि गरिब जो दैनिक परिश्रम, ज्यालादारी काम नगरी हातमुख जोड्न सक्दैन्न उनीहरुको लागि चाही खोइ  त इश्वरीय कृपा" आदि इत्यादी अनेक नानाथरी प्रश्न उब्जिन्थ्यो मनमा |

त्यसैले म किशोरावास्था देखिनै संदेहबादी, अविश्वासी र अन्धविश्वास पूर्ण आस्थामा प्रश्न गर्ने भए जुन मेरो आफ्नो औपचारिक अनौपचारिक स्वअध्धयनको विकास संगै मानव संसारको मनोवैज्ञानिक धार्मिक शक्ति र  भक्तिसंगको राजनीतिक बुझ्न थप जिज्ञासु र कौतुलुतापूर्ण मनको उर्जा सहित  सत्य, तथ्य र यथार्थ बुझ्ने अवसर मिल्यो र म पूर्ण रुपमा आजको दिनमा आएर प्रकृतिबाद (naturalism), मानवताबाद (humanism), प्रजातान्त्रिक साम्यवाद (Democratic socialism), सामाजिक न्यायबाद (Social justice), स्वतन्त्रबाद (Freedom), अध्यात्मिकबाद (Spiritualism) र मानवाधिकार (Human Rights) मा विश्वास राख्ने अज्ञानताको शिकार सत्य, तथ्य र यथार्थको भिखारी मुर्ख मानव रुपी उर्जा शक्तिको भौतिक स्वरूप रुपमा खडा भएको छु |
