आमा विरोधी जसलाई महिला विरोधी पनि भन्ने गर्छन उनीहरुको खोपडीमा स्त्रीत्व शक्तिको भुत पसेको छ अतिनै मनुबादी भएर किन कि

मनुबादमा भनेको छ महिलाई कहिल्यै स्वतन्त्रता नदिनु भनेर अनि यो नागरिकता भन्ने महिलाको एक स्वन्त्रता पाउने हक अधिकार हो जसबाट उनको आफ्नो सन्तानहरुको नाम पहिचानको रुपमा जोडिने हुन्छ | त्यसैले नागरिकता आमाको नाममा उनको सन्तानलाई नदिनु भनेको महिलाको पहिचान नहोस हाम्रै मात्र होस् भन्ने अति मनुबादी पुरुषत्वबादी मानसिकता हो जो कोहि आमाको नाममा नागरिकता दिन नचाहने विभिन्न बखेडा जिकेर | त्यसैले सम्पूर्ण स्त्रीत्व /महिलात्व /नारीत्वबादी नेपाल आमाको सन्तानहरु एक हुनु पर्छ नेपाली आमाहरुको पहिचान यस विश्वमा कायम राख्न |

कुनै पनि सच्चा मानव आमा /महिला विरोधी हुनै सक्दैन किन कि उनीहरुको सबै आमा र स्वास्नी छन् जो विना यस धर्तीमा जन्मिन र बच्न सक्दैन जति सुकै मै हु भने अतिबादी पुरुषत्व हावी भएका वीर बहादुर विद्वान बुद्धिजीवी भएता पनि |

आमाको नाममा नागरिकता दिनु हुन्न भन्नेहरु सबै नारी विरोधी हुन् | उनीहरु आफ्नै आमा, श्रीमती, छोरी चेलीका विरोधी हुन् | त्यति चाही हेक्का राखे हुन्छ ति अतिबादी लैंगिकबादी पुरुषत्वबादी, मनुबादी र दानवीयबादी को को हुन् भनेर | मलाई चाही उनीहरुको नाम चाहियो हौ | को हुन् त्यस्ता हाम्रा कुपुत्रहरु जो विरोद्धमा उभिएका छन् आमाको हकहितको विरोद्धमा अहिले र पहिले पनि |

शितल दाहाल ज्युले आफ्नो लेख "म मेरो नाम आमासँग जोड्न चाहन्छु !" मा लेख्नु भएको रहेछ (१): 

"मर्नुअघि आमाले भने जस्तै मेरा केही इच्छा पूरा गर्नु थियो, किनभने अब म साँच्चै मर्नेवाला थिएँ। मैले त्यतिबेला नै भागवत गीता र कोमल गीता पढिसकेँ। अरु केही राम्रा किताब पनि पढेँ। मर्नुअघि म राम्रा भनिएका काम पनि गर्न चाहन्थेँ। मर्नुअघि मेरा केही साथीहरुलाई पनि भेटेँ।"

उनको लेख पढे पछि सुर्य नेपाल ज्युले आफ्नो फेसबुकमा अतिनै मार्मिकसंगले लेख्नु भएको रहेछ (२):

"म २ बर्षकाे हुदा मेराे बुवा काे स्वर्ग बास भयाे । मलाइ अामाले हुर्काउनु भयाे । हजुर अामाले, माइजूले पालन पाेषण गर्नु भयाे । सारदा दीदीले पढाउनु भयाे । संगै काका, दाज्यू, मामा, भिनाज्यूहरूकाे पनि माया र सहयाेग पाए ।

अहिले श्रीमतिले कमाएर घर चलाउनु भएकाे छ ।

तर मैले नागरिकता बनाउदा अामाकाे नाम नै लेखीएन । बुबाकाे नाम मात्र लेखीएकाे छ । अब मेरा छाेरी, छाेराकाे नागरिकता बनाउदा मेरी श्रीमतिकाे नामबाट नभै मेराे नाम बाट मात्रै किन बनाउने ? मेरी छाेरीकाे नागरिकता बनाउदा उनकि अामाकाे नामबाट नभै अामाकाे नाम मात्र उल्लेख गरि मेराे नामबाट मात्र बनाइयाे । अब छाेराकाे नागरिकता बनाउदा उनले अामाकाे नामबाट नेपालकाे नागरिकता पाउन । छाेराकाे पनि यहि चाहना छ । म चाहन्छु याे देश अब मातृ सतात्मक हाेस । सबैका छाेरी, छाेराले उनिहरूकाे इच्छा अनुरूप बाबु ,अामा दुबैकाे समान पहिचानका अाधारमा याे देशकाे नागरिकता पाउन ।"

अति मनुबादी पुरुषत्वबादी राज्य सरकारको आदेश यस्तो रहेछ म त चित परे यो सुबनी बादी समुदायको नागरिकताको बारेमा लेखिएको लेख कृष्ण अधिकारीको पढदा यस्तो (३),

"बादी समुदायका अरूले यस्तो समस्या भोग्नु नपरोस् भनेर सुबनीले नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्रमा लेख्ने गरिएको पितृत्वको ठेगान नलागेको भन्ने विवरण हटाउन कानुनी लडाइँ सुरु गरेकी छिन् । नेपालको अन्तरिम संविधान र प्रचलित कानुनी व्यवस्था तथा मानवअधिकारका दृष्टिले पनि नागरिकतामा उल्लेख भएको विवरण नागरिकता पाउने व्यक्तिको मान–सम्मानमा चोट पुग्ने विवरण उल्लेख गर्न नमिल्ने पुनरावेदन बार एसोसिएसनका पूर्वअध्यक्ष अधिवक्ता लोकबहादुर शाहले बताए ।  सुबनीको जस्तै नागरिकतामा उल्लेख पितृत्वको ठेगान नलागेको भन्ने विवरण हटाउन कानुनी लडाइँ लड्न चाहनेहरूका लागि आफूले निःशुल्क कानुनी सहयोग गर्ने अधिवक्ता शाहले बताए ।  

बाँकेका सहायक प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी गन्जबहादुर एमसीका अनुसार सुबनीले भोगेजस्तो समस्या हटाउन गृह मन्त्रालयले ०६९ माघमा देशभरका जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयलाई परिपत्र जारी गरेको थियो । त्यसमा भनिएको थियो– पितृत्वको ठेगान नलागेका सन्तानलाई पछि पितृत्व ठेगान लागेको बखत सोहीबमोजिम हुने गरी संरक्षकको सनाखतबाट नियमानुसार नागरिकता जारी गर्ने । यसरी नागरिकता जारी गर्दा कार्यालयको अभिलेखमा मात्र अभिलेखीकरण गरी नागरिकताको बाबुको महलमा कुनै उल्लेख नगरी खाली राखेर दिने ।"

Great question raised upon Indian mythological heroes

Great thoughtful question raised! 

Well done this is how we've to learn to question of mythological heroes to whom 80% Indian and 81% Nepalese believe as Maryada Purush, Lord and God just because they have been told by their ancestors, priests and preachers which are documented in scripture by archaic mindset as per their imagination capacity. Believing is soothing. Questing is challenging.   

Anyway, if I would have question like this then I would be punished by Hindus accusing me saying you are Christian working for dollar  and against Hindus. 

This morning I woke up and opened my facebook and I got to read the status posted by Sanal Edamaruku who is an author and rationalist, and the founder-president of Rationalist International stating, 

I appreciate film maker Ram Gopal Varma for his tweet on Ram and Ravana, the two mythological heroes of Indian epic Ramayana. A section of Hindus consider the fictional epic Ramayana a religious book, or as pure history.

The tweet raised serious discussion about Ram and Ravana, the two mighty characters in Ramayana, about whom I have already expressed my views earlier.

Ram's approach to women was not dignified.

When Ravana's sister Shoorpankha desires Ram's brother, he becomes furious and chop off her nose and breasts. What an arrogance!

While Sita, his wife, was in the custody of Ravana, after his abduction of her, he never touched her, as he did not have the consent of her for that. I consider it a dignified behaviour.

One version of Ramayana says that Ravana did not touch Sita as there was a doom curse on him if he touched a woman without her consent.

If so, logically "god" Ram would have known this. Still, upon return, he wanted Sita to walk over fire to "prove" her "purity".

As per Ramayana story, she did it. Still the pregnant Sita was thrown away to a forest upon Ram's order, as there were rumours about her fidelity! She, a noble person, on the other side, earlier accompanied Ram leaving all comforts of the palace to the forest for 14 years. There was no value for truth or justice in the eyes of Ram.

The myth of woman's purity as a "protection shied" of the fighting man was seen dominant in the Ramayana war. Mandodari's "purity" was tarnished with Ram's knowledge by an image of Ravana (Maya Ravana) to ensure his destruction. Quite an unethical act!!

Ravana, as per the story, knew that Sita was "god" Ram's wife and abduction of her would mean his doom. He loved her and desired her; so he decided to take the biggest risk of his life for her. What a love!

As per Ramayana, Ravana was a great scholar and a worshipper of god Shiva. And Ram was the incarnation of god Vishnu. When one co-relates this to the centuries long actual conflict between Shaivites (Shiva worshippers) and Vaishnavaites (Vishnu worshippers), one could sense the story as a legend to establish the ultimate dominance of Vaishnavites over Shaivites.

A mythological story is open for interpretation by any reader. That is part of Freedom of Expression. The opposition that some radical and fanatic groups have raised against the tweet of Ram Gopal Varma is not in the spirit of tolerance that Hinduism tries to be proud of.

Genocide of Buddhism in ancient India by Manuism Brahmanism

I have interest to learn about the history of POWER POLITICS using religion as a weapon by rulers to Genocide human beings on this earth. In this process, I came to know and realised, exploring the history of ancient India that during and after Buddha time till around 7th century in India there was Buddhism followers around 70-80% people in whole South Asia that include present day Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bhutan, part of China and Iran as well. However after fall of the Maurya Empire, which was a patronise for Buddhism the Sunga Empire, an ancient Indian dynasty from Magadha that controlled vast areas of the Indian Subcontinent from around 187 to 78 BCE. The dynasty was established by Pushyamitra Sunga Brahman, who was an Army General of the Maurya emperor's last king,  Brihadratha Maurya by assassinating him. During Sunga Dynasty the law of manu "Manusmriti" had written that has been shaping whole Indian subcontinent mindset primarily India and Nepal that has promoted apartheid, racism, casteism, sexism, genderism, animal sacrifice ritualistic ceremonial practices and many more evil dogmatic practices creating more imaginative idols to fool, bull and rule over mass mind. 

I found this interesting evidence how Buddhism has been Genocide in ancient India by Hindus who were too much fatalism, goddism and dogmatic in their belief system who made Buddha as 9th reincarnation of Hindu Lord Vishnu to fool future generation of Buddhists to Hindus keeping them blind in mind spreading rumours by false, fable, fiction and fantasy based knowledge.

Brahmanist assault on Buddhists The massacres and oppression perpetrated by Brahmanist zealots out of religious hatred for Buddhists in ancient times are a matter of the historical record. Yet, for reasons best known to themselves, Brahmanists have been trying to conceal the hideous, blood-stained record of Hinduism. The truth must be told. As the revival of Brahmanical Hinduism progressed, atrocities against Buddhists increased both in strength and in number. As Goyal [394] notes, "According to many scholars hostility of the Brahmanas was one of the major causes of the decline of Buddhism in India." The hatred poured out against Buddhists in Hindu scriptures offers ample evidence of this. To quote Goyal again [394-5]: "Yajnavalkya (I. 271-72) declares that the very sight of a Buddhist monk, even in dreams, is inauspicious. The Brhannaradiya-purana lays it down as a principal sin for a Brahmana to enter the house of a Buddhist even in times of great peril. The drama Mrchchhakatika shows that in Ujjain the Buddhist monks were despised and their sight was considered inauspicious. The Vishnupurana (XVIII 13-18) also regards the Buddha as Mayamoha who appeared in the world to delude the demons. Kumarila is said to have instigated King Sudhanvan of Ujjain to exterminate the Buddhists.... The Kerala- utpatti describes how he exterminated the Buddhists from Kerala." Earlier Post 7th Century Assualts on Buddhism The Chinese traveller Yuan Chwang (Huen Tsang), who visited India in the seventh century records the oppressions of Shashanka, the king of Gauda, who was a devotee of Shiva. Yuan Chwang's account reads, "In recent times Shashanka, the enemy and oppressor of Buddhism, cut down the Bodhi tree, destroyed its roots down to the water and burned what remained." [Watters II p.115] He also says that Shashanka tried "to have the image (of Lord Buddha at Bodhgaya) removed and replaced by one of Shiva". Another independent account of Shashanka's oppressions is found in the Aryamanjushrimulakalpa, which refers to Shashanka destroying "the beautiful image of Buddha" [Jayaswal, 49-50]. Another prominent seventh century murderer of Buddhists was Sudhanvan of Ujjain, already mentioned in the quotation from Goyal above as having been supposedly instigated by Kumarila Bhatt. Madhava Acharya, in his "Sankara-digvijayam" of the fourteenth century A.D., records that Suddhanvan "issued orders to put to death all the Buddhists from Ramesvaram to the Himalayas". Nalanda University Destroyed by Hindu Zealots Even after the Islamic invasions of India, Brahmanist bigotry and hatred for Buddhists was not subdued. According to Sharmasvamin, a Tibetan pilgrim who visited Bihar three decaes after the invasion of Bakhtiaruddin Khilji in the 12th century, the biggest library at Nalanda was destroyed by Hindu mendicants who took advantage of the chaos produced by the invasion. He says that "they (Hindus) performed a Yajna, a fire sacrifice, and threw living embers and ashes from the sacrifice into the Buddhist temples. This produced a great conflagration which consumed Ratnabodhi, the nine-storeyed library of the Nalanda University". [Prakash, 213].
Numerous destroyed Buddhist shrines were converted into Hindu temples after their destruction. Ahir [58] notes that "The Seat of Buddha's Enlightenment was in the possession of a Hindu Mahant till 1952. Huen Tsang, tells us that in the seventh century A.D. not only was the Bodhi Tree at Gaya cut down by the Shaivite Shashanka, but that that worthy tried to install an image of Shiva in place of that of the Tathagata. One easy conclusion: there was not at that time an idol of Shiva at the spot; now, there is a shivalingam in the temple. The Indian Supreme court has not given its verdict in the case after 50 years! Similarly, at Kushinara, where the Buddha had entered into Mahaparinirvana, the cremation stupa had been converted into a Hindu temple, and on top of it stood the temple of Rambhar Bhavani when Cunningham discovered the site in 1860-61. Among the shrines which still continue to be dedicated to Hindu gods mention may be made of the Caityas of Chezrala and Ter in Andhra Pradesh which are now Shiva and Vishnu temples respectively. The temple of Madhava at Sal Kusa, opposite Gauhati in Asam, was once a sacred shrine of the Buddhists. ... And the famous Jagannatha temple at Puri in Orissa was also originally a Buddhist shrine. Similarly, the Vishnupada temple at Gaya was also once a Buddhist shrine." As Rajendralal Mitra notes in his famous work of 1878 [quoted in Ahir, 59] the feet of Buddha at Gaya were rechristened the feet of Vishnu and held as the most sacred object of worship in the new Vishnupada temple. Hinduism's record of violence and bigotry against the peaceful followers of Lord Buddha is unparalleled. I trust this marshalling of the available evidence for the benefit of readers who may not have had access to it will impel Brahmanists to accept and apologise for the crimes committed in the name of Hinduism.

४. अपमानजनक झूट अतिनै बदी सृजना गर्ने, भ्रम फैलाउने र आफ्नो अनुभव बारे आविष्कार गर्ने गर्छन

५. अरूलाई दवाउन प्रवृति हावी भएको र कुनै पनि हालत/ लागतमा आफ्नो जित हुनु नै पर्ने हुन्छ

७. प्रेम गर्न असक्षम अतिनै स्वार्थी हुन्छ |

८. उनीहरु कवितात्मक शैलीमा कुरा गर्ने, कथा वा कवितावाचक जस्तै धाराबाही रुपमा कुरा गर्न निपुण हुन्छन |

९. उनीहरुले कहिल्यै माफी माग्दैन, माफ माग्न असक्षम हुन्छ र आत्मगालिनी महसुस गर्दैन | उल्टै आक्रामक शैलीमा प्रस्तुत भई आक्रमण गर्ने गर्छन |

१०. भ्रमयुक्त हुन्छन र उनीहरूले के भन्छन् त्यो नै सत्य हो भन्ने विश्वास गर्छन |

One of the Nepalese guy who was so much sexually active and after women have been dramatically change after coming to my contact via facebook in the status where I shared about "Kamasutra" and he wrote me arrogantly saying "I want to fuck you." However, I replied him very gently and he shared me all his life stories. STOP producing humanoid or weeds

If we are real human being in our heart, head and hands then we have to strive to give mother earth productive useful healthy plants (babies) to flourish and blossom not a weed or stunt unhealthy, not useful plants to spread and kill good plants.

Who is selfish and who is caring and loving anyone can decide from their action rather than thoughts. Awesome !

I don't have to worry for my own blood generation future because I decided NOT to give over burden to my mother earth by breeding weed like offspring if I can't give a quality product to mother earth making them a real human being rather than full of evil in their thinking and doing process

However, I do care about humanity because I love human beings as being a human and I love mother earth as being a daughter of mother earth as per the law of nature.

We have become more humanoid due to indocrination dogma rather than real human being as per the natural gifted qualities such as love, curiosity, inquisitive, learning from trial and error, imagination and so forth.

WAKE UP ladies and gentalmen if you have child and you do care about their future because When she was asked by the New York Times recently whether the Earth would be a better or worse place by 2050, chimpanzee expert, UN Messenger of Peace, and author of a book titled "Reason For Hope," Jane Goodall had a surprisingly bleak response:

"I see the world in 50 years, perhaps 100, as a dark place," Goodall said.

What's terrifying about Goodall's vision isn't how dystopian it sounds, but rather how prescient it's already proven to be.

From the spread of deadly, antibiotic-resistant superbugs to the destruction of habitats that are home to critical life-prolonging drugs, Goodall was right on the money.

Here are three main predictions Goodall made that are already coming true:

1. People will be fleeing their homes

"Environmental refugees," Goodall told the Times, "will have fled their destroyed homelands, flooded by the rising seas or buried by the encroaching deserts. Many people will be starving as they fight for access to water and land."

Last year, more than 22 million people, many of whom live in the world's least developed countries, were displaced by natural disasters. A large portion of these countries have the double burden of being located in climate change hotspots — places along the equator, the coast, and elsewhere where the effects of global warming will be magnified.

As the world gets warmer, the lives of the people who reside here will become bleaker: If they do not move, rising floodwaters and warmer temperatures will leave them more susceptible to pests and disease. The economic value of their lands will decrease and they will become poorer. Those who do migrate away will also struggle — these people will have to take on new, possibly different jobs for which they may lack the proper training or education.

2. Infections will be harder to control

"Medical science will be unable to cope with new infections," Goodall said, "as bacteria build up resistance to more and more antibiotics and the tropical forests where so many medical cures are sourced are destroyed."

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Tom Frieden sounded the alarm bells in 2013 by saying we'd soon be in a "post-antibiotic era."Since then, newborns in India have begun dying at alarming rates from infections that were once curable. The same deadly "superbugs" responsible for these deaths are spreading rapidly around the globe.

They've already come to the United States, fueled in part by our country's overuse of antibiotics on farmsand in hospitals. Last year, 23,000 Americans died from bacterial infections that didn't respond to antibiotics. Certain strains of "nightmare bacteria" kill up to half of the patients they infect, and cases are becoming increasingly common across 42 states.

Several diseases the US has kept in check with antibiotics (at least until now) have also developed antibiotic-resistant strains, including gonorrhea and tuberculosis.

Multi-country outbreaks of viral diseases like Ebola have also proven difficult to contain. More than19,000 people have been sickened by Ebola worldwide; more than 7,000 have died.

Scientists suspect the two-year-old child who was Ebola's patient zero became infected after coming into contact with a fruit bat. The likelihood of people getting animal diseases increases as humans are forced to move into new areas (often destroying animal habitats in the process). Scientists suspect these were driving factors behind the emerging diseases including the 2011 SARS outbreak and the recent US monkeypox outbreak.  

3. Continued deforestation will have devastating impacts

Goodall also predicted the destruction of the rainforest, which has only accelerated since she initially spoke about it to the New York Times in 2012. Each year, we lose a chunk of rainforest the size of Panama (18 million hectares, up from 13 million in 2010) to deforestation, the vast majority of which is caused by logging and farming.

The loss of these lush forests won't just affect the animals and plants who live there or the people who live in their immediate vicinity. We get a large portion of our medicines, including the drugs we use to fight deadly diseases like cancer, from the rainforest. The popular cancer drug Taxol, for example, wasoriginally isolated from the seeds of the Cowtail Pine, a small tree that grows only in deep, partially-shaded soils like the kind fostered by the giant trees and sheltered canopies of the rainforest.

"Mother Nature is resilient," Goodall told the Times, "but the time is fast approaching when she will be battered beyond her ability to restore herself. We must make a choice."
